Birrieria Sinaloa — Restaurant in Indio

We are new to the neighborhood and my partner snuck here without me once. Almost grounds for divorce but we've worked out a plan. We finally checked this place out together tonight and he's paying me off in tacos, specifically birria de res con consomme BECAUSE THIS PLACE IS BOMB.

BEST birria I've had outside of Mexico. I'm not sure if my partner paid off the guy and said treat her extra special given the circumstances but I suspect they've just got great customer service.

I really hoping they're open year round because I plan on packing on at least 10 lbs of tacos between now and the cooler season before I start prepping my winter body with that phenomenal birria Ramen. 😋

We ate tacos con Asada, quesabirria de res, rice, beans, and a quesadilla. I made fun of myself for ordering a quesadilla because what!? But when I tell you it was the best damn quesadilla, I've ever had—I'm not even being dramatic. And you know your girl got a coke! The rice is 🔥🔥🔥

I love to come here often during the week and weekend. I’ve tried several of their plates and honestly they need to put less oil on most of their food plates. Put a good amount of condiments. Ive ordered the pizza birria and it’s not even close to being worth buying and not to mention the price. The pizza has no bread and it’s just slices of a big tortilla and birria on the inside. Another plate is the quesataco or quesabirria . Little to no birria or cheese. So it was very plain sadly. For me personally, it’s just plain birria the one that taste good. That’s it. Tortillas are hard most of the time. Need to get some soft tacos tortillas so they won’t get hard and stiff before I even start eating the birria. Other than that, the drinks are delicious. First I want to start off by saying the Burrito I ordered was delicious, the salsa that comes with it is also very good. Here is why I don’t give 5 stars. They have no pricing on their menu outside you order blind hoping it’s reasonable. The problem is it’s not reasonable. I paid $15 for a burrito, yes it’s a good size. Yes it’s delicious however by no means is it worth $15 this is an outside mobile trailer with no inside seating and I was disappointed with the pricing. They also charge you to use your credit or debit card and don’t have a sign stating that when I paid for it was a shock.
