Normally the drinks are pretty good, even though we have to send them back half the time because they aren’t right. Just a few minutes I went through the drive thru to get a drink for my wife that’s been under $3.00 every other time we go. This time I was charged over $4.00. When the ditzy blonde that didn’t appear to have hit puberty yet identified herself as the manager and proceeded to argue with me about the prices, I drove away. As now former regulars, we won’t be back. I hope the owner will make sure their people in charge are familiar with common sense math, NOT common core math. A lot more training on customer service would be good, too…
Reply to owner response Thanks for the offer, but as I said, we’re no longer customers. Until immature kids with no clue what being a manager entails are no longer put into these positions, we won’t be back. Having been some of the first customers when you opened and through the drive thru several times a week since, today was disheartening to say the least. And I’m well aware of the prices. Instead of finding out what happened when it was rung up, your “manager” proceeded to...
Read moreWhat a great little spot in Coalville. I was lucky enough to have a quick conversation with the owner (I believe Missy was her name). She told us about how it was named Mix after the butcher from years ago named Mick. She was very lovely lady and took her time to welcome our group. Our coffee and cookies were great. Wish there were pastries, but not complaining! Lovely outdoor seating with abundant flowers, so welcoming. I must apologize to one of the staff who was clearly not happy to be filling our water bottles. There were at least 4 of us needing water. We were a group of cyclists from Park City on a big loop. We needed to refill there. Maybe you should offer water for sale if it's an inconvenience to fill water bottles or possibly a water station? This will be a popular spot for cyclists and many will be expecting to fill a water bottle (with a purchase of course). Thank you for this great location in Coalville. We...
Read moreI love this place! Probably go there too often but I like a refreshing drink to start my day! Also the breakfast sandwiches are delicious! I really like the seasoned hash brown on my sausage breakfast sandwich. Pretzel Bites can be hit and miss but generally really good also. I have really enjoyed their monthly food specials as well. The fireman sub currently is honestly one of the best subs I've ever tasted. All their goodies are top notch. One of the best things in my opinion to come to Coalville. They have a drive thru which is convenient. The owners are really kind and give back to their community which I will always support. This is just all around a fun place with a great atmosphere, nice staff, and yummy treats. Don't pass it up if you're...
