Victoria's Pizza and Pasta — Restaurant in Coatesville

Just moved back to the area. I have a passion for meatball sandwiches which is usually my first choice to order regardless of where on a world map I may find myself. Not only was my delivery done in less than 15 minutes, I must say (and share with others) that the meatball sandwich delivered to me from Victoria's was absolutely delicious, and would rank up there with the best its ever been my pleasure to devour. I did make a mistake, however: I didn't order one or two extra for the next day. ALSO, I'd also recommend their spaghetti and meatballs. The generous portion of pasta is cooked perfectly. The sauce has a beguilingly light consistency and quickly becomes addictive. The meatballs are the very same beauties as those featured in their meatball sandwich... Large and densely packed with spices you'd believe were from and old family recipe handed down from generation to generation. And no, I don't have clue who owns Victoria's. I have ordered from here since I moved to Coatesville 2 years ago. Love there food and service. But after the past week I am extremely frustrated. Tonight i called in an order and 2 hours later when I called back the waitress laughed and said oh I forgot to place your order. I'll add a 2 litre instead of your 20oz for the inconvenience. So I waited another hour for my pizza and they brought me a 20 oz soda and the delivery driver said he had no idea where my 2 litre was. So 3 hours for a full price pizza and nothing done to make it right? That doesn't sound like victorias!!! So I'm confused, are they...

This is a horrible place! Ordered pizza online ahead of time because I was coming from far and when I got there the pizzas were not ready. Management was horrible not understanding at all like he didn't give a shit. When I asked to clx my order they told me they couldnt clx it and to call the online number. So when I did call that online number they answered. Not sure if I will get my refund but I dont recommend ordering online. This place was really dirty and there was a young child like 11 years old working the cash register and answering the phone.Definitely not a place...
