I've been to this store several times in the last couple of months and have ordered the same thing each time. I have not received the same order twice, nor have I been charged the same amount twice. Sometimes I receive and am charged for a different size than I ordered, sometimes the price is right but the size of the item is noticeably different. Sometimes the item appears to be the same thing but tastes a lot different, like they threw in extra ingredients or left something out. Sometimes it's good, sometimes it's really NOT good. Today I got an entirely different size and flavor than I ordered. And was charged more too. Tried to resolve this at the window and ultimately just gave up because the woman I was dealing with kept talking in circles and insisted it was exactly as ordered. Honestly, I don't know why they bother taking orders or having a menu, they're gonna give you whatever the heck they feel like giving you. I am done...

Ordered the classic chicken sandwich meal and an extra classic chicken sandwich at 10:38pm the chicken sandwich looked like it was cooked in old oil, went back had the sandwiches remade only to have the same exact problem but this time I opened it in front of the person who delivered the sandwiches to me they clearly seen how dark they were but insisted they were fine, I wasn't having it. I only eat the #10 from sonic so I know how it should look, oh and I forgot they never gave me a receipt so I had to wait on the manager who had to wait for the GM just to be refunded, the chick who brought the food out had a terrible attitude after I refused the food like she paid for it or something, then spent 20 mins waiting on a refund. Even though they're only a 5 min ride from me they've lost my business and my families business. Not to add while waiting for a refund at 11pm they turned off the lights totally unprofessional and not safe at all...
