You have to share a bathroom with everyone else in the house and the bathroom is on the other side of the house! There is little to no privacy because the doors into the room are acoustically transparent and have glass panes in them that they cover with a towel. It is impossible to have a private conversation even with the doors closed at anything other than a whisper into your partner's here because you can also hear anything going on in the kitchen as well. I asked politely at 10pm if they could turn the lights in the kitchen off because they shown right into the room. They told me I had an attitude when I had no attitude whatsoever and used no foul language nor did I make any smart aleck comments, that just asked that they could turn off the light. One of the two inhabitants took a seated position right next to the door into the room ( eavesdropping?) and read a book even though there were plenty of other places he could have read the book. The bathroom is disgusting! There is mold all over the grout and you are not allowed to flush the toilet paper! At a quarter to 11 we finally decided we had had enough and gathered our belongings and left! They were very rude and it was my experience and feeling that they are hetero phobic. It seems that they thought I was a female named Terry and that we were a lesbian couple. It was obvious from when we first got there that we were not...

IF YOU VALUE YOUR MONEY THEN PLEASE READ MY REVIEW BEFORE YOU RENT HERE!!! This room is in a house and when I arrived a man answered the door in a Nightgown wearing Nails With a scruffy face and a bald head but whatever that's the world we live in today. I wasn't even there for an hour and this same guy pointed out to me a tip jar in the room i rented which is weird and unprofessional but I still left him a tip because he obviously needs it. I paid for a week but after 2 days I had to leave. There's 3 men living here and they don't keep the ac on throughout the home so it smells very bad like sweat or the arm pits of 3 men. The worst part of my stay and why I left early is because the bathroom. The shower is disgusting like it hasn't been cleaned in 10 years or something. If I would've seen pics of the shower or the sink I wouldn't have rented this room. For some reason I can't upload pics but this room should not be listed on any site if there not willing to clean it. This was a Nightmare that came true. I wasted my money that I worked hard for because I had to leave and go to a real weekly that has a clean bathroom. There's no refunds so they got me but take my advice steer clear from this place if you see it, it's not worth you being...

Horrible experience. Ugly house and furnishings.There were stained sheets which they did change at our request, with my help, but no mattress pad was used on the bed. Dirty moldy shared bathroom and request not to flush dirty toilet paper but place in receptacle. There was light shining from the kitchen into our bedroom through flimsy material placed on the french door. When we politely asked at 10:30 if the kithchen lights could be turned out, since there was no one in the kitchen, we were told no, and that we had a bad attitude. We packed up and started to leave, and I said I would be asking for a refund, and would give a bad review. Owner repeated that we had a bad attitude and he would give me a bad review (????) and told us to "get the eff out of my house". Would recommend the Budget Inn just a few miles away at 520 and I95 which was clean and comfy for a few...
