Flo's Coffee — Restaurant in Coeur d'Alene

Drive through coffee stamds rarely have atmosphere, but at Flo's you might be greeted by the welcoming smile and bright eyes of its owner. Her name is not Flo. The stand is named after her grandmother, whose picture hangs proudly next to the drive-through window. I only drink hot lattes with hemp or oat milk. And Flo's roast us milder than what u usually prefer but still enjoyable. I am only visiting this lovely idaho village on the lake, but if I had a reason to live here, then Flo's would be my goto place. For both the coffee and the smiles. Should have taken some pictures! Darn... have not tried the food yet but I'm on a diet. Aren't we all? Or should be....

I’m upset to leave this review but, I’d like to make others aware. My mom has Celiac disease and has been a loyal customer since Flo opened… until today that is. She became very ill within an hour of consuming the food she purchased. It was ALL ordered to be Gluten Free and they said “yes of course” when we asked them to take EXTRA precautions due to my mom having celiac. Well, extra precautions must not have been taken nor taken seriously. My mother will be ill the next few days due to the lack of precautions...
