Panda Express — Restaurant in Coeur d'Alene

Went in to grab a quick lunch. Was asked if I had a mask I could put on (YAY for being on it! I support businesses asking about masking up!) And I explained that I get bouts of light headedness and couldn't wear one. The kid working the counter asked me to provide a medical card stating that I couldn't wear one (which doesn't exist) and to explain my medical condition. Suuuuuper illegal to attempt to withhold services unless private medical information is divulged!! Spoke to the manager who said that since I have a medical condition I can no longer come inside but can either order curbside or drive thru. Also super illegal to discriminate against a customer based on medical situations. theanager told me it was corporate policy so I stated I would be calling corporate (who 100% refuted the managers claim) and that's when some random customer started interrupting me and calling me rude. Not only did the manager not step in she agreed with the guy and essentially ganged up on me! Looks real good to hang up on a pregnant lady there guys! You should be ashamed of yourselves!! The food is absolutely horrible 90% of the time so the high and mighty attitude is wholly undeserved (but when the fetus wants something the fetus gets it!) Anyone with medical conditions should absolutely go in this store without masks and show them that their discriminatory actions will NOT be...

August 29th Get more staff on those online orders! THAT WAS REDICULOUS. Made a pickup order and arrived at the time of pick up 7:17. Stood outside the building in the cold at night until 7:50 for this pickup order. There was 10 other people standing outside waiting for them to make and place pickup orders on a rack in the doorway. In the time we were waiting they had only gotten 3 of the ten peoples pickup orders out to them. God knows how long they had been out there waiting. We called twice to which they informed us they are understaffed ( understandable). The problem with this is that they were pumping out cars out of their drive through like cazy and ignoring all ten people standing outside their store who had made online orders. The sun had set by the time we got our order out. Well these people waited out front cars would go in and come out the other side of drive through with food. I counted 11. But even like five of those were after the drive through had slowed down. And we still stood...

Our previous visit about a month ago was excellent! it was our first time and the staff was friendly and helpful in explaining how to order. last night we ordered online, The website was easy to navigate and also gave us options to set a pick up time. our food was hot and ready when we arrived! there was no waiting as our order was already paid for online. Aside from the speed and efficiency the food is the big reason to return. The chow mein noodles are always on our list as is the honey walnut shrimp. Orange chicken, egg rolls and rangoons also great! If I had to pick something that needed some work it would be the fried rice. this is always best ordered from your local Chinese food restaurant. Every restaurant I have been to has their own style of ingredients and the rice has a deep brown color with a rich flavor and plenty of pork ,pineapple, duck sausage, etc...
