I would genuinely love to rate lower but unfortunately google doesn’t allow that…I went in this evening for a pick up order and arrived a little late because we drove in from out of state and there was an accident on the highway…with that being said I picked up my order around 6pm and 5/5 of the subs were non toasted and 2/5 subs were missing toppings or made incorrectly, and we had 4 side items and received none. I immediately went back into the store to receive only missing items, I got 1 of the pepperoni dippers and mother the other…advertised as 2 6” dippers for a grand total of a foot long dupper 😂 we got 2 separate 6” non cut dippers with barley any filling and very tough. Went back home to notice 2/5 of the subs had missing toppings so I took just those back to the store only to be told by staff I was wrong as the paying customer and he “knows for a fact” all the sandwiches were made correctly, toasted, and nothing was incorrect or missing. Paid for double meat and received the same portion as regular but was still uncharged $3 Staff claimed my order was cold and didn’t feel toasted because “we had let them sit for so long”
Staff then took only 1 of 2 or the sandwiches I brought.back, tossed it and remade it with my in the restaurant and STILL DID NOT TOAST IT 😂😂😂 once grabbed the food from his hands it was ice gold to the touch, non toasted very soft bread other then the obvious initial baking of the bread before slicing and dressing…
In between my 3 visits to the store to attempt to correct my $85 order, I called 9 times to try and remedy or make my concerns known prior to coming into the store, the boy working took the receipt and did not give it back, I was using it as a reference to show what was supposed to be on the sandwich’s initially.
Upon my first visit this evening the lady working literally word by word told me “if there’s more then 5 items on an order it won’t display it all for us, we have to go into the order and check for more details” i essentially gathered “we don’t always do ALL of what we expected to do” and I was proved right throughout my next two visits within 40 minutes…. Both prior times I went back the lady helped me and the gentleman was nowhere to be seen in the back, all in all I would not recommend coming here if you read this all, seemed like two highschool kids not caring about their job and clearly putting in the effort as if that was the reality. Very unprofessional, very unhelpful, these kids need sent back to customer service 101 😂 May god help the rest...
Read moreThis subway is not participating in the 2 for 10 footlong promotion. This is fine I get it not every store can do this. However, this store doesn't inform you in any way that they are not participating until you have ordered all of your food and get to the register where there is a tiny, maybe 2 inches by 5 inch, piece of paper informing you that all that stuff you just ordered is actually gonna be way more expensive than you thought. This to me is a very poor experience as a customer I now have two options fork over 20 bucks for two footlongs that I thought would be 2 for 10 or cancel my order that is already made and feel bad for ordering the food and then changing my mind because of this new information. All this because the owner knows if he makes it obvious that they are not doing the deal he will get less customers. Would not recommend this subway. Read moreHorrible service. We went in this morning and the man behind the counter didn’t even acknowledge us. At first we didn’t see the breakfast menu and so we asked him if they had one. Again, he didn’t look at us (his back was towards us) and mumbled a few items for breakfast that we couldn’t hear. We asked him to please repeat and he just said, the menus up there and pointed up. I proceed to tell him that I was sorry we were inconveniencing him and he quickly turned around, got extremely aggressive and verbally abuse and we said we’d leave. His response was”yes, you should leave”. Wow!! I felt very threatened for our safety and we left. I will be sending a letter to follow this review as well. We were there on 5/16 at approximately 9:45AM. This employee behind the counter needs to be fired. Absolutely...
