For some reason the Taco Bell across the street from our house, it was not allowing me to order from through the mobile app. I had to order from a Taco Bell 20 mins away from me (which happened to be this one). I ordered 2 quesadilla's and a chicken chipotle burrito and on one of the quesadilla's and the ckn chipolte I had paid extra from extra meat, cheese and sauce. I finally got to the Taco Bell and picked up my order and when I got home, I looked at what I received. Both items were smaller than normal and both also lacked "all" additional extras that I paid extra for. It was ridiculous. Because of the lack of cheese, steak and sauce on them as it was (while lacking the extras I paid for) the tortillas were hard and unedible by the time I got home. My 3 year old son couldn't even chew it. Im pretty sure he will not want tortillas any time soon and he is only 3! I am so disappointed and it's a rip off! This isn't the 1st time this has happened either. The Taco Bell by my house for the most part gives you what you pay for. I hate complaining. There should be a mandatory acknowledgment for the employees that when the customers pay extra for the extras, they should get what they paid for. Read moreThis was our go to location, but after this evening, not sure when or if I will be back. We usually do the mobile order and pick up, which is what we did. The lobby is currently closed, except for pickup, which is okay and understandable, but we waited in the lobby for 30 mins without a single employee acknowledging us, not one word spoken to us. It was around 5 p.m. so the start of the dinner rush, 1 employee left, and 3 went on break/lunch at the same time, one of which was the assistant manager as he was bragging to a door dasher, about his and the general manager's salaries. We asked if mobile orders were working, he said yes, to use the phone, we had placed one 20 minutes prior, nothing else was said to us. When our order is done 30 minutes after being placed, we were given a bag and no drink cups, we get the cups after asking a female employee, when we get the food home, our nachos were made incorrectly, and the chips and hard shell tacos were stale. The so called assistant manager was not interested in helping customers. This location should look into getting a new assistant manager, customers don't need to hear what the managers wages are, and hear the bragging he was doing. Called IMMEDIATELY, upon eating the first two tacos, and spoke with MANAGER JASON, who apologized up front, but then began to argue with me about their temperatures and the freshness of their product. Long story short, offered to replace my order, but, clearly had an attitude regarding it. (I did NOT request a replacement as a matter of record!) Incidentally, my residence is exactly 1.2 miles from the store. Straight shot one right hand turn. Took approximately 6 minutes to get home upon receiving our order, and open the first taco. We wanted to get our girls a hot meal after leaving the hospital, extremely disappointed. Changed previous two Star rating to one star. STRONGLY ADVISE AGAINST THIS STORE after this experience. Appleway and government way Taco Bell a better choice. (The offer was made to replace the order, an offer I did not take, after the argumentive passive aggressive tone I received.)
