Walking into Ernie’s Café feels like stepping back into a familiar chapter of my life—one filled with early mornings, good friends, and even better food. We used to hit the original Ernie’s nearly every day, and while times have changed, the heart of this place hasn’t. I’m so happy that it’s been brought back by Chris and Jennifer Hix, Ernie’s grandson and his lovely wife! They are just the sweetest and the food is insanely good!
