BIGGBY COFFEE (WEST)—DRIVE THRU ONLY — Restaurant in Coldwater

I really do love bigby, I go multiple times all throughout my weeks but it’s extremely disappointing to get all excited to go grab your favorite frozen coffee, get it handed to you, then realizing that it’s as liquid as can be along with not tasting correctly. I’ve had to switch between stores just to follow certain employees that really nail the coffee I like, and to those few employees (isabel I think? short haired girl with the highlighted bangs and the tall dark haired guy at the bigger store), you legit keep my interest in bigby and kill it at your job. I know this two star review isn’t the best but bigby brings me a joy that I can’t describe and it really disappoints me when I don’t get to enjoy my favorite coffee.

Typically I have a great experience at this location. They are fast and friendly and the coffee is consistent. That hasn’t been the case lately. I went there last week and received a half full latte that tasted terrible. When I called to let them know so that they could be more careful of checking orders before handing them out to others, they apologized and offered me a free drink. My husband and I went yesterday to redeem the coffee and get 4 others for my family, and all but 1 were much less than full. The only full one was the hot chocolate which wasn’t even hot. I typically go once a week for a coffee, but I think I will be taking a break from Biggby for a while. Disappointing. It was the anniversary of my wife and I becoming engaged and I wanted to surprise her with a coffee. I ordered a medium cappuccino with whipped cream. I ended up receiving half a cup of just cappuccino, and no whipped cream. The place wasn’t busy, only one other car in the drive through. The order wasn’t a difficult one, a pretty easy menu item. I didn’t realize how badly it was botched until I got to my destination and went to take it into my wife. Bummer, it ruined what was meant to be a nice little surprise.
