Hungry Howie's Pizza — Restaurant in Coldwater

We placed our order online for a later time because we live 30 minutes away. Get there and the nice lady at the counter can't find our order. I go back to my vehicle to verify our order information with my wife and get the order confirmation sent to me. After about 10 minutes the nice lady at the counter comes out with my order and says she didn't look in the right place in the system.

The pizzas was tough like maybe it had been sitting a long time and cooked to the point of tasting burnt in some places. To say the toppings were skimpy is an understatement.

The value of what I received was unsatisfactory and actually felt inferior to competitors who have lower prices.

The whole experience was a disappointment and not like our experiences at many other HH locations.

I hope my experience is the exception to the rule and I was blessed with someones momentary lapse in excellence or something but I would definitely advise; buyer beware and thoroughly check your order...

Hesitant to drop the 5 stars BUT I really love their sandwiches and try the Asian chicken pizza with sesame seed crust if it's still on the menu! The staff is usually very good, I'd frequently talk with them and if there was ever a problem they would usually be right on it. Only reason I say I'm hesitant is that I'd frequently order mayo packets or drinks and they wouldn't be with my order, but it hasn't happened for a while.
