We drove past this little roadside stand on our way to the Vermont/Canadian border, and joked wondering how good could a lobster roll from a roadside stand actually be? ... Well, let me tell you something... Not only was this one of the BEST lobster rolls I've ever had, they also touted their fresh squeezed lemonade that was fantastic! I didn't get a chance to try any of the other promising selections they had to offer, ½ the lobster roll more than filled the hole in my stomach. On top of the amazing fare, the locals are incredibly kind and out going. Offering extra services, such as splitting the roll to 2 boats, giving extra chips and pickles (since we split the sandwich), even giving doggy treats to my traveling companion. I've noticed this trend of going above and beyond all over the state of New Hampshire. If it just weren't so cold.....

We have been enjoying this Colebrook eatery since it was back on Colby street a few years back. - Now, it's on easy to find Rt 3 just on the north edge of town. The food here is outstanding! You wouldn't know from the tent / trailer motif but it is. The fish / lobster comes direct from the coast of Maine and are outstanding! We frequent down east Maine but have not found a better or more generous lobster roll. The whole belly clams and haddock are also very good. The prices are fair, especially for the quality and volume you get. If you want to pay less, there is a gas station next door... By the way- this gem is right on a major ATV trail. Great spot! Kudos.

We got the Italian sweet sausage overstuffed grinder, chicken salad roll/wrap special w/fries and drink and pulled pork with homemade fries. We are all pleased with the quantities. The homemade fries are awesome. Pulled pork, sauage and chicken salad were good. The rolls are soft and good sized. Plenty of picnic tables under cover to sit at. Really nice setting for a cool day to eat outside. Not too noisy. Plenty of condiments to choose from. The people in the permanent food truck were nice. We would stop again. With taxes it was $36. *No pic of sausage, hubs ate it too fast lol
