I never knew how being discriminated would feel like until I dropped by this Wendy at 11400 Dallas Blvd, Cincinnati, OH. I was in tear and felt so humiliated and discriminated by employees including manager. It was around 9 pm, my significant other and I decided to get a quick meal through driver through. I got chicken nuggets with honey mustard. Catchup and honey mustard were missing. I returned to the door and signaled the delivering guy there pointing to the bag. He signaled me to the window where I received my drinks. A few African American employees looked up and turned their back towards me and laughed. A few minutes I knocked on the window again,they looked at each other and laughed . I was not sure why. I looked for the signs for the reasons of being ignored. Nothing. So I went to the cashier window, the Caucasian guy looked at me and joined others and laughed. I went back to the front and waited for the food to be brought out for the customer. Thankfully, I was able to ask him before he closed the door on me. I asked him i got this cold shoulder treatment. He replied he didn't know,he was just working there. I asked if he kindly brought me honey mustard and Catchup. After I finished eating at the parking lot,around 9:14 PM, I called and asked for a manager,she said "speaking ". I told her what happened, she rudely replied " You were NOT supposed to knock on our windows" and hung up before I had a chance to ask what should I do if something was missing from the o Because I was not African or Caucasian American, I was rudely discriminated against. Hands down the RUDEST employees! Your order, is a total bother to them. I went through the drive thru, ordered, and asked for a side of mayo and a side of ranch. I pull up to pay a rude girl hands me my food (no ranch but a containers and packets of mayo) she takes my card, hands it to a sketchy guy, he walks out of view then brings my card back like 3 min later. He seemed up to no good. I ask him for the ranch that isn’t in my bag. He was irritated with my request but said ughhh ya. He walks off and I can see him walking around inside for like 4 min; THENNN in the mean time, the three rude girls were all acting as if they didn’t see me, they kept hand motioning to each other like whyyy is she still here. I laid on my horn, the window girl rolls her eyes, I tell her to open the window. She shakes her head no, then opens after I gave her a way confused look, I say “what in the world! That guy walked off to get my ranch yet he’s wandering around back there?” She legit, reaches right next to her, and hands me my ranch 😒 like the whole card situation made me uncomfortable but their nasty attitudes, nope.
