UHR Rents — Local services in Forest Park

I've had a horrible time with UHR. Came in pick out items my husband and I did. The fireplace entertainment center we got, we told them the door was loose on it before we got it. They said they would fix it before giving it to us. We picked out a fridge but before we got it we switch it. They gave us a fridge without a light. No biggie right. But your paying for it, it should work a 100%. Well we also got a Princess twin bed with a nightlight and the nightlight didn't work on that either. We told them about it and the woman got rude and said that its not their responsibility. Well the day we were supposed to get it they said they would be there between 5 to 7. They called us at 6 something and said they would be on their way. At 7:15 we called and they told us we couldn't bring it until the next morning between 9 and 10. Next morning came and they didn't show up until after 11 almost 12 after they said we would be first and it would be there around 9 and 10. When the stuff got there entertainment was not fixed, fridge no light and Princess bed no light and I only got Princess bed because my oldest is scared of the dark and a built in light would help on a bed. Anyways when we got all the stuff and filled out the papers, we told the woman my husband doesn't get social until the 3rd.She said that was fine. Well on the 2nd she kept calling and said we need the money now. I told her my husband is in the hospital because his seizures were out of control. Well she was like well we need the money today that is when my husband said he would pay. When we told her the 3rd because of social. We paid for a month then started bugging us 3 weeks later and said we owe another week because we paid 3 weeks when we paid a whole month. Then the following we have to pay for another. I don't think so. I will be returning their stuff. Their rude, liars, and rent stuff they don't have all working or broken. I don't refer this place to anyone. If you fill out a review and if its bad they will call you liars because they don't want people thinking their horrible and...
