I hate for the store to take the hit because of something the store has no control of, but couldn't find how to on official site. I placed my order for a big box and some of the cinnamon rolls. For some reason it didn't put the big box in the cart, so I went through the process again and it was in the cart. Went to cart and it showed everything I ordered. Put in my card info and pressed pay and receipt was just showing the cinnamon rolls. Go to call the store and ended up getting the call center. I start to explain that I'm not sure what's going on with the website, and immediately put on hold. Five minutes later it was just silence. Not even the hold music. I hang up and call again, get hold music for a couple minutes the silence again. I wasn't yelling at the person on the other end or anything rude. Yeah im naturally a loud on the phone, but thats it I just wanted to try and get the pizza ordered whether it was attached to my online order or on a separate ticket. That was it.
I'm never got the name of who I dealt with at the store but, she was awesome. I was there about 715pm October 11th 2024 and if it wasn't for her friendly smile at the first glance, I would've been walking with a refund on the online order that was in the warmer and getting dinner elsewhere. I was able to calmly explain the problem, she was quick to get it entered and started for me. She was very apologetic about the problem but kept it friendly. Yeah, I wish a lil compensation for the trouble, but I was quite hungry and just wanted everything I tried to order online.
My mom on the other hand was different. Placed her order online, went to pay and nothing was there. She ended up ordering food elsewhere, so business lost there because of online ordering issues.
I am currently unsure of if we'll be ordering from pizza hut again because of this situation. Customer service center definitely needs attention, as well as the online ordering issue. On Friday's I just wanna order, get it and go since it's later than normal. This experience definitely...

Read moreI ordered my pizza at 718pm, the pizza was not delivered until 958pm. This pizza hut is 3.4 miles from my house. I called the store after the delivery had been out for 40 min and the person on the phone lied and was rude, telling me that the roads were slick from it snowing for all of 2 min instead of telling me they made a mistake. When delivered the delivery guy told me he had gone to the wrong town all together for his first delivery and then ran his delivery car out of gas behind my driveway. The pizza was cold and barley edible. The staff was incompetent, rude and lied. Will not order from this pizza hut again. There is no reason a pizza should take 2 hours and 40 min to be delivered 3.4 miles...
