Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Colonial Beach

Manager promotes drunk driving. Very rude to customers and doesn't deliver to houses. Makes up lies to not do her job. I ordered pizza once a week and now will never order pizza from this location again. Management needs serious revamp and maybe a training course on how to talk to customers. Also, needs to update system if you're not going to deliver to someone, not meet them somewhere, while they've been drinking and demand they drive to you, without notice. And what if I was to have killed someone since she decided herself not to deliver to me, unlike every employee does, every week? Whom are very nice and very courteous. What about those people who don't have cars and you promise delivery to their homes? You expect some elderly cripple, without a car, to meet you a half mile cause you don't feel like it? Because that's what this neighborhood is full of.

Very disgusted on how I was treated and the entire situation. My weekly pizza money will go somewhere else. And you will lose even more money if you refuse not to deliver to anyone in this neighborhood. And believe me I will tell all my own customers how I was treated, and it's not the 1st time someone in Colonial Beach has been disgusted by their treatment at this location. My boss refuses to go here. She's drives to King George to be treated like a human being.

I moved to colonial beach a little over a year ago, and have ordered delivery from this dominos many, many times.

Every single time, no matter if it's a Monday at 2pm or a Friday at 1130pm, they have quite literally always delivered my order very expediently, almost always under 30 minutes!

Of course, I live only like 2 miles away, but somehow some folks complain about this dominos taking awhile to deliver -- I don't see it. I've never seen it. They are always very quick, the food is always delivered fresh and hot, and the order is always 100% accurate (which is surprising, to be honest), and the delivery drivers are always very nice, polite, and professional.

The one time I went inside to pick up a carry-out order, I was greeted by very nice staff, the place looked clean, and literally was in and out in just a minute or two.

On Sunday Night we ordered a Pizza from this Dominos. I know a lot of people will agree that the quality of service in the USA has gone down significantly over the last 10 years. That’s happening because of a 1000 different reasons that most of us wouldn’t agree on anyway.

Here is the thing, we pick up this pizza and it was the best pizza we’ve had from any “fast food” pizza chain in years. It was hot, had a great amount of toppings (often times I feel these kind of places skimp, but this felt like the correct amount), the service was great as well. Fast, quick, and friendly.

The person who put together our food, Damien, did an amazing job. They deserve to be commended for taking the time, care, and love to make a wonderful pizza that surprised and made the entire family happy.
