I have never in my life been treated the way I was at McDonald’s on airport creek. I will be sending this same message to the general manager, district manager, and regional manager because I am disgusted at how I was treated. I placed my order around 8 pm on Friday May 17th. I ordered a 10 piece chicken & a large hi-c there was some confusion at the order menu but before I left I stated I want a large drink AGAIN. I never saw my order correct because they said they would have it at the window. I paid for what I thought was my order because the guy didn’t confirm due to him taking another order. I then moved to the receiving window they gave my combo but not the drink I proceeded to let the guy with the red hat & shirt know that I was missing my extra drink. He became so nasty & said I only ordered the combo I told him that the previous guy must’ve made a mistake because I know what I said. He goes to make the drink but comes back to the window & says “where my card at” so nasty & rudely. I don’t know nobody who asks for a payment that way. I told him I paid with Apple pay he proceeded to tell me he had to take my phone out of my sight or I had loop back around & wait in line all over again for something that was their mistake. I wasn’t comfortable with someone taking my phone & I felt like looping around & waiting for 1 drink was crazy. This situation then got all the way out of hand they threatened to get the police involved, laughed and joke like being disrespectful for no reason is funny. I eventually just gave my phone up & let them take it to the back even though I was uncomfortable that & paid for the drink. The issue was never paying for it the issue was treating me like I’m trying to get something for free & disrespecting me for no reason. Read moreWe attempted to visit McDonalds tonight, 535 Airport Creed Point Colorado Springs CO 80916 at 630 pm. Upon arriving we found the door from the main parking lot locked (this has been true several times now ) but could see small children in the playplace and people inside eating. We walked around to the drive thru side door, two young little girls opened the door for us 5 and 6 maybe and the older girl very clearly stated they had the other door locked because they are lazy. We giggled and went on in to the lobby, all the kiosks were closed down so my son promptly asked an employee if the lobby was closed, he replied yes since they were short staffed. At this point there were 5 employees standing just behind the register area and at least 4 more we could see further back plus the drive thru girl. We turned to leave and go thru the drive thru, at the exit an older lady with 3 very small children was entering, my son held the door for her when the young lady from the drive thru appeared and very curtly told my son not to be letting people in right in front of the older lady with the 3 small children, she was told the playplace was open, This is a peak time of day and the doors being locked happens a lot. With no less then 10 employees standing there how is that short staffed? Needless to say we chose not to stay and order food tonight, the rude entitled behavior has just become way too much, we have complained before and it seems nothing changes. The really bad part, at one time we lived just across the street when that McDonalds was built, my children grew up in there, my youngest is 27 now its sad that we do not at all feel welcome to stop there anymore and to have your employee talk to us in such a manner is not at all acceptable. We often order through uber and previously the drivethru. This particular store Always forgets something. They never give napkins or condiments or straws. They almost always stack the food stuffed in bags that rip when thwy hand it to you and the food is smashed. I ordered through uber tonight and when it arrived it had no nugget sauces for 40 nuggets smashed burgers and half full fries. There were no napkins or straws and the coke lid wasnt on and spilled all over the bag. I got sick of it and called and poor kyle the manager didnt know what to do he didnt understand uber. They asked me twice even with the store manager kuko? To drive up there to get a replacement. Whats the point of delivering and paying uber when we all entrust you to prepare and package the food properly? I put in a ticket with uber and they cant help and the driver even asked for condiments and they assured her it was in there..i was texting her as a rwminder because they Always forget it. Dont waste your money here..drive over to s academy and if using a delivery service choose them also, unless you want whiny kids and eating cold food after you prepare food for the ones that didnt get their stuff....update the store manager calles and offered to replace the delivery.
