My pecan pastry that I wanted to enjoy with my coffee was old, dry, hard. My coffee had to be remade because even tho it was written on the cup, the directions were not visible to the tender due to the sleeve covering the words. Thankfully, the checker and bar tender were very nice. ☕️

The two stars is for the whole thing being ruined by the unacceptable pastry. I had already had to ask for the coffee to be fixed. Did not feel comfortable going up and speaking it out in hearing of other customers.

Bummer. As I walked away, i saw a slew of fresh patries bring loaded up.

My son's drink and food were both good - but he drinks the sweet treat "coffee" so he would not notice the quality, good or bad. For the money one spends at an airport, this is not good treatment. I think i had day old, dried under the lights in a glass...

The absolute worst customer interaction I have witnessed. The barista was speaking in a fast and mumbling manner to all the patrons when requesting their orders. The barista was then abrasive and offensive in her words and mannerisms when ALL patrons could not understand her. Belittling and demeaning. If she truly wanted to improve communication she should focus less on being angry with every customer and look at other ways such as signage or scripting an interaction with customers. No one should have to deal with her behavior when simply getting a cup of coffee. Hopefully she has a better day and does not behave this way consistently. Ordered a mocha with whipped cream upon the cashiers suggestion) before a flight at 6 AM, the line was long and waited forever. Got the "coffee" and stepped out of the way as a courtesy. Come to find out it was just a VERY watered down coffee, nothing added, tasted like it was gotten out of a mud puddle (likely instant coffee). Wasn't going to stand in line another 30 minutes for mediocre customer service, and that's being kind. Total for a horrible coffee and orange juice was over $13.
