This Starbucks has been a weekly visit for me, and my mother for the past 6 months, but today was upsetting. I placed a mobile order. When I arrived, the door was locked, and a sign was up stating inside closed, drive thru open. This Starbucks has huge windows so I could see workers staring at me. I tried to talk to someone via the drive thru speaker, which at the time the lane was empty. I realize that’s unsafe but genuinely I figured that would be the quickest way to communicate I only want to pick up my mobile order. I was ignored so I walked to the front door to re-read the sign which provided no helpful info on what to do if I placed a mobile order. It even said if I want to place a mobile order, choose a different store. How does that help me?? Extra context, I walked 15 mins to Starbucks, so I did not have a car to hop into to utilize the drive thru the correct way. I could see my drink ready on the counter through the window, and no one put two and two together that I’m trying to pick up my order? I finally got someone on the drive thru speaker who told me I need to get out of the drive thru. I said I just want to pick up my mobile order. I was told I should call next time, (say that on the sign please and I would have??) and to wait by the front door, and they’ll bring it to me. Drive thru worker came off rude. I went to the front and was handed my order, didn't get a sorry or anything. This was odd because the worker knows me. I never caused issues and I frequented that store enough that some workers knew either my face, or name. I felt like literal dirt lol. If they are closed inside I shouldn’t have been able to do a pick up in store order. Period. Like I stated before, we’ve come here for weeks and never had any issues, always a pleasant experience, but this one soiled all of that. - Angela (and Barbara).
P.s after reading other 1 star reviews, I gauge this location is closing due to issues with the neighboring high school. I understand cus some of those high schoolers can be nuisances but if you’re going to close the store then either turn off mobile order during those times, OR put steps on the sign so customers know what to do if they place a mobile order and the...
Read moreMy dad is a regular Starbucks drinker, and I stopped at this location to pick up his favorite drink before visiting, and I decided to grab myself something too. This location is so convenient, right in the neighborhood and across from a high school, im sure they are very busy in the morning during the week. I went Sunday morning and was lucky there was no line in the drive through, they had the drinks and food prepared so quickly. I personally do not drink coffee, but their mango dragon fruit refresher is my favorite drink! I get it with water, not lemonade, because I want to be able to taste the mango. The dragon fruit doesn't have a flavor and is simply there for the color of the drink, they are freeze dried, but I like to crunch on them after. This drink does have caffeine but not nearly the amount a coffee would have. I also ordered the ham and Swiss croissant sandwich, it was delicious. The croissant was so buttery and crumbly, you wouldn't think this was something they just heat up for you. The ham was sweet and paired well with the Swiss cheese. My dad also said this location never messes up his drink, and it tastes the best here, he gets a vanilla latte with...
Read moreDropped into this location after doing some errands to pick up a dozen or so gift cards. Walked into the lobby and started picking some from their selection, then was told I couldn’t purchase them by the front counter. I asked why and they stated that the lobby was closed and the door should’ve been locked. I questioned why the lobby was closed during the middle of the day and they responded with it’s closed for 2 hours do to the adjacent high school being let out. They proceeded to tell me to go through the drive thru to purchase them. Responded that i was not going to wait in the drive thru line to get gift cards. Guess Starbucks is out a few hundred dollars. Rather go to Dutch...
