After having an employee at the Monument Arby's off highway 105 refuse to accept a coupon I received in my Monument address mail box claiming they weren't participating in the offer, I was glad to see a new one open in Monument where hopefully I wouldn't have to deal with degrading employees. Unfortunately, I was very disappointed today with management at the Monument Arby's on Terazzo Drive. Earlier today, a friend called and told me he got an e-mail from Arby's for a promotion where he got a free sandwich at the Terazzo Drive location that I went to. He said you don't need to print a coupon or anything you just have to say I'm here to try one of your free sandwiches. I did as he said and was asked if I had the e-mail printed off and I politely told the cashier that I was told I didn't need one. The manager overheard me and walked up and rudely said he can't offer a free sandwich to every customer who asks for one because that's not part of the deal. I told him that's fine and left. I felt like telling him you mean former customers. Whether or not I was misinformed there are much more respectful ways of treating people, such as saying I'll honor it this time but would appreciate it if you'd print off future promotions. There's something seriously wrong when someone puts a small profit over the dignity of a person. Needless to say, after this humiliating experience and the poor quality of some of their sandwiches I've recently purchased I'll be taking my...
Read moreAwesome!! Walked in, of course we did the stand on the cute Square things. Watched the manager working with his employees, was hustling and kind as be talked to them.hughe points for that, I've overheard some language at places, you know that treat theses young folk like dogs or worse. Nope he was so polite, kind and caring. The young man that waited on me today was so polite. Said please and thank you. His mask was on, gloves, and very clean uniform that didn't have wrinkles.. I know you think so what?? Does that have to do with food?? And Arbys? It the total quality package. That they care enough to set great examples, show kindness and be proud of the work they do. The food was perfect for the first time in a long time that I've been to an Argus. Not over cooked, yes you can over fry curly fries, But they were great. And the poppers were just right. Not greasy and not over done. He. Didn't charge for extra sauce either. One of the few places that don't rob you because you happen to drive truck. I really work hard long hours, 12 or 14 every day. Then to have good food at a really nice restaurant is a big plus. Great job. Thank you Arbys!! It's worth stopping here I recommend it for everyone, truck drivers and travelers....
Read moreI am not a huge fan of Arby's. I've always thought they were a poor fast food option compared to almost any other place. Their food is relentlessly average. It beats starving.
I had the "limited time" Italian without banana peppers and it was OK. The roll held up reasonably well, the ingredients were fine, and it wasn't a bad mix of flavors. For me, the potato cakes are a star for Arby's, but these were undercooked. 5 minutes in the toaster oven fixed that.
Their standard roast beef sandwiches are the safest choice. The beef isn't too salty, and it has a nice soft texture. Some of their special sandwiches are decent, esp the reuben, but ask for light kraut and thousand island which can drown the sandwich.
Value is good at $36 for three adults which is hard to do these days. We did a pickup, so didn't really get to experience the dining room. We go here when we're tired of other options, but it's not often a...
