Chelsey's on the Mesa — Restaurant in Colorado

This is not my first bad experience here, but it's certainly my last. I've gone to the downtown Chelseys many times and had mixed quality, but overall kept giving it chances. Then discovered the one in the county that was newer and held higher hopes. But I've received good and terrible food, never great, on multiple occasions. I keep giving them the benefit of the doubt. But overall, it's greasy, lazy, American garbage, with cooks who obviously have no care in their craft and are thrown together. It's definitely more of a fast food place than a restaurant. The photo is my last experience, this was my first two bites. The whole burger had end pieces and take it as picky if you will, but that's unacceptable to me from a small restaurant that charges so much. It sucks to bite into a chunk like this on a good burger. Terrible food and even worse customer service. First (and last) time getting food from here. Ordered two burgers with fries to go. Didn’t look at the food until I got home, which was my mistake. The burgers looked absolutely terrible, thin and very burnt. The fries were soggy and tasted like they hadn’t changed their fryer oil for some time. Not something I was going to eat. I was annoyed enough that I drove all the way back to the restaurant. Showed them the food and the girl agreed it did not look good but I should have said something when the order was first picked up. Refused to re-make the order or give any refund.
