I love Dairy Queen, but recently had an awful experience regarding a serve nut allergy. I went through the drive thru, there was no one there so it was not busy to what I had seen. I specifically said that someone had a nut allergy for the order, and the cashier clarified with me that they make the blizzards that have allergies in a separate area in the back. I said that would be great. When I pulled up to the window, I heard someone say “wait, which blender?” So, fast forward about twenty minutes, my boyfriend eats his cotton candy blizzard that was supposed to be prepared in a separate area because of his allergy, and there were remnants of Recess peanut butter cup at the bottom of the blizzard. Why they would not wash or at least wipe off the previous made blizzard from the machine is strange and besides the point now; but he immediately started having a reaction, and this was all while I was racing home to hopefully get to his Epipen in time. Thank god, we did and he was able to breathe again and didn’t need to go to the ER. We have contacted this Dairy Queen location regarding what happened, and the no one has reached out since last week. I am really upset and angered that this situation was not taken seriously. I am writing this in hopes they see this review and reach out to me to at least pay for his new Epipen since he does not have one anymore. I believe they need to pay for his new Epipen because of their mistake. Update: they told me to not eat at Dairy Queen anymore and that it’s “not their fault their restaurant is too small for a peanut free designated blender” like ok maybe disclose that you don’t use a separate blender when someone says they have a...
Read moreIt seems that staff are far too concerned with simply hanging out rather than actually working. There were more than enough staff to handle the dead drive through and minimal dining room customers, yet it took too long for my family and I to be so much as greeted, all while easily hearing these teenagers cuss and talk about some sort of drama going on in their friend groups. Entirely unprofessional and we nearly left from the behavior alone. We had planned to sit and eat, but we could not find a single clean table inside or out and ended up taking it home. We had a rather simple order, four items in total, and only two of the four orders were actually correct, but even those were underfilled by a full inch. There doesn’t seem to be anyone managing this location and I doubt this business will survive if they don’t change that soon. A shame. When we’d come a few months ago, we’d met the manager and quickly decided we’d come more just to see her— she was great and seemed to really know the store and staff and things moved smoothly. Now I’ve learned she’s no longer there & it made sense that things were such in disarray with her absence. Best of luck to you all, we will find another location to take...
Read moreI went to dairy Queen the night before last. The next day I realized that they didn't give me back my debit card. Now all of a sudden I have an unauthorized transaction for a app mathway.
All they have are teenagers working at that dairy Queen. So someone wrote down my card number and used my card. I will be reporting fraud on my card. And telling them exactly where it happened at. I don't care if it was for a $2 or 20$ someone from this dairy Queen wrote down my card number and used it.
Because any other time my debit card is in my wallet at all times and I don't have no teenage daughter or son that are in school. And I know I don't need help in algebra for high school. I will be going to the store today to speak to the manager in regards to this.
Replaced my card. However the thief at this location tried to use my card again for and Xbox, PlayStation game... Because you can only tell it's a kid trying to use my card again. A gaming website and a mathway website. So...
