Jimmy John's — Restaurant in Colorado

This is not just a one occasion review. I order from here often and its only for the convenience or I definitetly wouldnt be. Extremely rude every time I call for delivery, dont give a total, dont give an estimated time of arrival, the sandwiches arent ever assembled. Its like they open the bread and just throw the ingredients on, close bread and wrap it. hardly any meat on the sandwiches. I usually dont ever have issues with the actual delivery person. Ive been to other jimmy johns and ordered from other locations and have always been greeted both in person and on the phone in a happy helpful manner, never have had any of the above issues at any other location. This location seriously needs a management and staff change...

Freaky fast: not at all.

Literally waited in the drive through line for a total of 36 minutes. When ordering, the man taking my order seemed to be bothered by my presence; I felt very uncomfortable.

Upon arriving at the window, the man took my payment and promptly told me to wait, proceeding to close the doors in my face. I then waited 9 minutes and 30 seconds for my two simple sandwiches. Both orders were also received with errors. The whole 9 minutes, the man stood behind the window, didn’t help make any sandwiches, and didn’t take any orders.

I normally love Jimmy John’s but this place has tempted me to succumb to subway or even starve for lunch rather than wait through...

So this is for the location next to Firestone. I’ve always enjoyed the food, and when able to interact with staff it’s always been pretty good. I’m not sure if it’s a staffing issue or not but on multiple occasions the past few months I’ve shown up either in drive through or walking in and been told there out of bread, or just plane closed. This happens sometimes as early as 7pm and hours are till 10pm. Other times I’m told it’s delivery only, which is confusing in its self. I could only assume if this business was being run off post these would not be the case. Just seems to be happening...
