McDonald's — Restaurant in Colorado

Would give negative star if I could. By looking at the other reviews of this establishment I can't agree more with them. You always get put in a parking space food is never ready, when you get it it is very poorly made and made incorrectly. I went there for my last time tonight 5/29/24 at 7:02 P.M. ordered a number 1 and a double cheeseburger with extra onions. My wife's big mac was drenched in sauce. She had to scrap 3/4's of it off just to make it edible. My double cheeseburger was cold I ordered extra onions on it and it had none. It even said on the receipt and the special order tag extra onions. I guess to them that means no onions. This happens all the time you order a 1/4 pounder and maybe get 1 piece of onion on it. The fry's were cold soggy and greasy that they weren't even edible. The price you pay the food should hot and made how it's ordered. But I can see by the other reviews that the owner of this establishment really doesn't care how their customers are treated. And for that reason I or my family will not frequent this establishment again. Nor will we...

Stepped out to treat the kids with an ice cream cone. One of the girls wanted her cone chocolate dipped. I wasn't sure that they did that and when I asked the guy who was waiting on us, he had absolutely no clue. Saying, I don't know, I don't know how to make ice cream cones... wow really!? You'd think the response would be, "hold on a sec let me find out..." Or maybe just ask someone else to wait on us. Instead he chose to argue. Come on now, it's not rocket science, it's a McDonald's ice cream cone! The manager (I think he was the manager) came up and took care of what turned into an uncomfortable situation. Actually it was all rather hilarious and pathetic at the same time that this grown man chose to deal with a child's request in such a manner. I'm thinking that maybe more training is needed, as this individual clearly doesn't know how to deal with such perplexing requests! And that's all I have to...

They got my entire order wrong. I ordered 5 cheeseburgers with no pickles and extra onions instead they gave me extra pickles and no onions then there was a couple in front of me to pay and the employee I believe her name was Amanda gave them free food and told them that they didn't have to pay for their food and then gave them a m&m McFlurry and told them that it was on the house and then when it was my turn the lady gave me the most nastiest look as if I was a burden to her I gave her the receipt from the kiosk and then I paid and she threw the cup at me and when I went to the soda fountain the couple that was in front of me was just standing in front of the soda I wanted and I asked him nicely to move but they just looked at me like we can do whatever we want cuz we own the place.
