Subway — Restaurant in Colorado

Went in toniaround 7:30the open sign was off, but I notice there were 2 male employees inside, so I got down and as I approached the door I noticed they said something to one another and looked annoyed that I still went inside. When I told them I thought they were closed because the open sign was off, th RT didn’t respond. The heavy set white fit that took my order couldn’t talk loud and clear he kept mumbling and I kept having to repeat myself. Then the young curly head Hispanic looking kid that finished making my sandwich seemed rushed. They were almost out of all toppings to boot. As I was there more people arrived soon after, and the gentleman behind me also addressed the fact that the open sign was off, and the curly head kid told him yeah it’s broken. Not sure if that was true because it seemed more to me like they just didn’t want to have to do their job. This generation also kept having to repeat his order since the chubby Caucasian employee kept mumbling and was hard to understand and hard of hearing as well. Or at least that what it seemed like. What happened to good customer...

Today, Saturday, June 1, 2019, I experienced the worst customer service. I believe a Subway could ever provide. I placed an order for 5 Footlong sandwiches for a class that I'm teaching. I asked for Provolone Cheese, Mustard, Mayonnaise, Salt, and Pepper. I never received it these items. I asked for all the veggies to be placed in separate containers so each participant can pick what they want on their sandwich. I received red onions mixed with bell peppers, Jalapenos with a yellow pepper; (I never ordered the yellow pepper). They placed the tomatoes and lettuce in paper bags, and they leaked all over. They also put cucumbers and spinach in paper bags, and they leaked. (I never ordered the cucumbers and spinach).

The training in this Subway Store is substandard as the staff are unable to fill orders correctly and lack the intelligence to know not to place wet vegetables in paper bags.

Very unsatisfied...

When we got to the counter to start making our sandwiches the lady I am going to post with this waving at me was rude and had no reason to be... seems like she's taking things out on her customers... She completely ignored me when I was just making conversation... There was no lightning in the mood. She very sloppily made my sandwich and commented that I need to start making my sandwiches at home. She was aggravated when I asked her to cut a footlong in half and wrap it in two pieces of paper for me. She was very rude when I went back to take the picture because I just didn't understand why she was being so ugly to me, she waved and said have a good day ma'am as rude as she could in front of all the customers that were there. If this is what covid has caused us to hire into all of these businesses then that is the reason that most businesses are going to have to shut down because I will never stop at this...
