Stephanie's Café — Restaurant in Colorado

Well we saw the multiple five star and four star reviews and had to give it a whirl. Funny how you can live in an area for many years and not know of a place. Thank you Google.

This business is a traditional, home grown diner. I'm always leery when frequenting a one-off restaurant like this since they always seems to be great or terrible, not many in between. Stephanie's is one of the greats for sure. I sat at the counter and was drinking my coffee within minutes of sitting. The staff was very friendly and checked on me at all the right times, I never felt as though I had been abandoned. I ordered a Southwestern Skillet opting for a pancake instead of toast as a side. Phew, let me tell ya, the portion size here is large and you'll definitely not be disappointed if you're a value shopper as the pricing was excellent. The food was excellent and I think next time I come I'll order a stack of pancakes because they are phenomenal. The coffee was typical for a diner but the OJ here is very good. I went here in the middle of the week during the lunch rush and I got right in without delay. There were a number of patrons already seated when I got here but not enough to create a wait. Best neighborhood cafe possibly in the State Of Colorado. You want a very early breakfast they are open at 4:30am. You want a late lunch, they are open until 3.

The menu offers a variety of items both american and mexican variety with excellent quality.

You want excellent friendly service that makes you feel like you have been a long time customer you will find it at this place, and the service is outstanding.
