I just want to share this blessing with you all today. I called to place a phone order for our office. Five orders to be exact. Not only was I met with pleasantness, but also with so much professionalism. The manager of the hour chose to utilize his power in the most blessed way. He took our order with kindness. When I joked about delivery, he inquired about the distance and name of the business (we are a ministry). Since we were only a little over a mile away, he delightfully stated that it would be no problem. However, they do not normally do this but since he is a manager, he surely could. When asked about payment, he stated under the circumstances he would only be able to take cash. I requested if payment could be taken over the phone. Once again he stated this was not normally accepted but for this one time, he would. Professionally, he asked for a moment to go to his office to take the card info confidentially. After disclosing the subject information he then reassured me that after the charge the information would be shredded. Great customer service. Absolutely outstanding. My most recent experience, I got into an argument with people behind me because I needed to order a different sandwich. I ordered The Rotisserie Chicken Ceaser Wrap which I wasnt told until after the sandwich was made that they didn't have the ceaser dressing. But they sell the sandwich because they have the meat still. Other customers decided to chime in and make a comment that I was wasting two sandwiches. I told them I'm not wasting any because they didn't have all the ingredients that I needed on one and the first one they made was a completely wrong wrap. The staff was even pretty rude because I had changed my order to a new sandwich and even made a comment about the fact I was arguing over a sandwich. Not even an attempt to discount my food order, no attempt to offer anything for free to accommodate the inconvenience. No attempt to resolve the argument or even an apology. I went to the stor to pick up my lunch only to find out that the store had a very poorly written note on the front door stating store is closed OUT OF BREAD will re open at 3:00pm. Went back to may car checked my email and found on that stated i had canceled my order if this is not correct please contact the store. The store was closed and doors locked. Oh by the way the last time I went to this store just to walk in and order a sandwitch I was greeted with we are doing on line orders only. I went to my car placed an on line order walked back in and was greeted again we already told you we are doing on line orders only. I informed them I have an online order and I will wait for may sandwitch. During this wait I watched sever other walk in customer leave.
