Deli Say No More — Restaurant in Columbia

This place has a simple black and red sign on the side of the building - THE DELI - and is on Taylor street, across from the Township Auditorium. The billboard is yellow and green.. The menu proudly touts its name as "Deli - Say No More". Quaint, hole in the wall, good down home cooking. I had a veggie plate. Rutabagas, green beans and YES, the delicious hash and rice is a veggie ONLY in the South! LOL The Mac 'n cheese was extra, I just wanted to taste it and took it home to hubby. Weekly specials are spaghetti, oxtails, ribs - say no more. I had to stop eating and take a picture. AND I had shared some of each with a coworker. Their chef salad and all it's fare has that reptilian abode beat (wink). To top it off, they delivered! Today, I had hashbrowns with tomatoes, onions and steak. Hubby had bacon, egg and cheese & hashbriwns with mushrooms and onions. Previously, I had a delicious BLT. Yes, their food simple & good! Don't sleep on "The Deli - Say No More" in Columbia, SC! The food is good, I will give them that. I've only ordered a chicken gyro w/fries. But service sucks badly. I preordered my lunch online. I received an email saying my pickup was ready at 12:41pm. I purposely left work 10 minutes later at 12:51 to allow enough time for any delays, I got there at 1pm. OBVIOUSLY that wasn't good enough. I got there, the lady couldn't find my ticket (it was never printed). She looked through the boxed up food that I was assumed were also called in or ordered online (mines wasn't in there because it wasn't even ready). She told me to have a seat because they were fixing it now. 21 minutes later, with no apologies for being inconveniently late or estimated time as to when my order will be ready, a guy finally brought me my food and I walked out at 1:21...Not entirely sure why I expected...

This place deserves no star. I called to cancel my order after it was not delivered in over an hour. This was today 3/15/2017. I asked for the manager and once she got on the phone she had an attitude and hung up on me. I called back to let them know to not charge my debit card since I have no food and I could hear the manager in the background yelling saying "tell her not to call anymore" and " I don't want to speak with her." The girl that answered said they don't issue refunds and to not call anymore then hung up. As I read the reviews on Facebook I see several people have had the same issue. Do not order from this place ever! My bank will dispute this charge so they in fact will issue that refund to me. Horrible...
