Hardee’s — Restaurant in Columbia

Every time I come here the food is cold. Between this place and Denny's across the street I literally hate coming to both. The service is the worst I have seen in any state I have been too. The women always have this smirky i don't want to be here look plus an attitude with it. I went today and had to order through the drive through window because that is open 24 hrs. I ordered a small fry and they told me to wait on the side so I did. I'm standing there waiting and have to be at work soon. Almost 30 mins still standing at there window while my other food is getting cold and other people are getting their food, I get nothing. I knock on the window and the lady just looks. I tell her I want my money back. She looked at me funny and said you didn't get your fries? "I told her no. I know ya'll can see me standing here waiting while serving everyone else. Even if I did wouldn't you think it's weird for someone to be standing at your drive thru window staring at you for 30 mins. I got my money back and walked off and never got the fries nor an apology or anything. Now there is a black guy who is a lil heavy set that usually is there working. That guy does his job and I never have a problem with him inside or at the drive thru. He is down to earth and tries his best to do a good job. He would make a better manager than that lady I dealt...

I visit Hardee's 4/12/25. I ordered two fish sandwiches . They had been sitting for awhile they were grease and old looking. I have worked in food service to know when food is fresh and when it has been sitting for a while. So instead of them preparing fresh fish, they dropped it bake in the grease. The ends were very dark, and you could see the grease. The fish should have been a golden brown, not a dark brown. The fish should have never been served. Then the young lady that took the order had a rage tired around her head black. This is not the proper dress attire for a food server. Then she went outside to talk with some friends, came back in and went back behind the counter. She never washed her hand, then started talking on her phone. Wow, where was the manager. Not good. I will never come back there. That is why I don't do fast food. To many of the workers are on their cell phones talking and texting while they are waiting on customers, Bad customer service. Then the cashier tried to over charged a customer she asked for a No. 1 single, which is 6.99, and she charged her 11.00 and some change. I had to tell the cashier why is the No. 1 that much when she ask for a single . Never once did the customer imply she...

This place is supposedly open 24/7. I've been here at varying times between 1am and 5am and no-one answers in the drive thru, allthewhile there's no sign or notice saying that they're closed... I've tried calling the restaurant and no one answers the phone. Even when there is an employee that happens to take my order, which has only happened 5 out of atleast 20 times in the last 7 months, the person (usually the same woman) is extremely rude, short and has a horrible attitude. I've contacted corporate 8 times through phone AND email and received an auto -reply email saying the problem silk be addressed and that the manager of the establishment will be in touch. I have NEVER.received any further communication and the horrible standard of service persists to this day. Save yourself the terrible and go to sonic or denny's. They atleast cares about your visit, and they'll definitely be open. I'll never return to thus Hardees location, and my family and friends (especially the ones who were witnesses to this repeat travesty) will follow suit.
