Yet another terrible experience here in Middle Tennessee, Columbia. Took my wife here for breakfast. Hours posted on the door showed that they were supposed to be open. There was a car parked next to us so we assumed all was well. We both went up to open the door to enter the building and see the manager using a hand gesture saying that they are closed. I then pointed to the posted hours which shows that they should have been open 45 minutes ago. The manager was saying sorry we are closed from half way through the store and we could tell that she wasnât going to budge or even open the door. As we walked back to our car, the car that was parked next to us had two females sitting in it and the passenger opened the door and shouted they are closed. Then I responded well the hours are posted on the door that they were supposed to be open 45 mins ago. She gets an attitude and says well they are closed. Then she closed her passenger door and proceeds to continue talking to the driver. My wife and I get into our car. As we are trying to back out of our spot, a car pulls up blocking me from leaving my parking spot. Another person gets out and walks up to the door. As soon as he gets to the door, the female passenger gets out of her car and walks with this guy and knocks on the door then the manager lets them in. Really??? No more than a minute after walking away from the door to get into my vehicle the manager lets these people in. I then realize that the reason the store wasnât open is because the girl bumping her gums in the parking spot was an employee. Obviously, the manager couldnât run the restaurant without these two tardy and lazy individuals. The manager I have no respect for either as a time before I stopped her and she had her staff prepare her order first so that she could leave which cost me 15 mins of waiting. As she had her food in hand and walked out the door it was evident that my order wasnât a priority over hers. This store needs to get better management and staff. But guess what, try to contact Hardeeâs Corporate. They donât have a phone number and donât care about your experience. Overpriced and lack of quality in any of these establishments. I hope they all go out...
   Read moreCame through the drive thru order a simple number 5 which is a DOUBLE bacon cheeseburger with curly fries and a coke. Curly fries were stale and had been sitting there so had to ask for fresh ones in which they did. Got home and the double burger didn't have two Patty's on it. So I then called and a male answered the phone I expressed what was wrong and he then said what do you want me to do about it and then hung up. I call back and a different person had answered and tried to say it was the same person I then stated I would just come back. Once I had gotten there ANTHONY had still said he was the one whom answered and laughed about it. I told him I didn't like the way I was being treated and lack of effort put toward my meal I had paid for that I want my money back and my food corrected he then said he couldn't do it. I then stated I would like the general managers phone number and he denied me and said he would call him. He walked away and I see him get on the phone but he never let me speak to him. At this point I'm beyond upset and annoyed with how I'm being treated and ask for my money back and will come back in the morning to talk to the general manager. Anthony is supposedly the manager which he states to me laughed about the situation, seemed to not care that I was a paying customer, never offered me anything to fix it the issue, everytime the window closed he would talk about me to the other employees and continued to laugh about the situation. As I was pulling away the blond hair new employee whom was a female came and gave me some coupons and only had been employed there for 5 days but the manager who has chosen and be selected to represent Hardee's only disrespected and didnt care at all about me as a customer or the service he was providing.    Read moreIf I could give this restaurant zero stars I would. Our wait was 15 mins in the drive through then we decided to go in and waited about 20 more inside. But I didnât wanna leave as this is my husbands bday and he wanted Hardeeâs. This is mule day weekend and they are out of tater rounds, French fries, OJ, bread for breakfast sandwiches. For our family of four I ordered a breakfast platter (really biscuit, gravy and meat), BEC biscuit, omelet biscuit an order or bacon and an order of the French toast sticks. 1. My breakfast platter I asked for no egg, extra steak and I tried to get an extra biscuit since there were no tater rounds or fries and the manager turned and got smart saying âthatâs extraâ⌠hello your replacing something you failed to have in stock. So this âplatterâ came out as one biscuit, one gravy, one steak and a fried chickenâŚ. 2. My omelet biscuit wasnât even in the bag. 3. BEC didnât even have a quarter of a slice of bacon on it. 4. My âside of baconâ was two small âslicesâ. And there was no syrup for the French toast âdippersâ.
I went back in for the BEC and missing biscuit as thatâs all I realized at that point. The girl threw them in my bag and apologize but geez. Worst $20 I ever spend on four half breakfasts. I will NEVER return to this Hardeeâs.
