Buyer beware!! If it was possible to leave zero stars I would have. My husband's food had plastic in the veggie lomein that almost choked him . His Chicken was so dried out and hard it couldn't be eaten. My tofu was rotten. I'm a vegetarian with lots of tofu experience....Never had a worst experience with a restaurant. We called to let them know we couldn't eat the food. They offered to replacement food but at this time with it being our whole order we learned our lesson. Hair in my daughter's food and ours bad as well. We asked for a refund. Then told then either pick up food or I would drop off the next day. The man on phone stated he would be refunding money but it would be over a week so I called my banking rep. She also called the restaurant stated the same and she's refunding the money spent. So over a month later we thought it was done...Nope police officers showed up at my home after 9:30 at night about this horrible meal!! They stated we had eaten good and stopped the charge. I will definitely never eat here but now feeling I should warm the next person of the business owners unlawful moves. BBB and health inspection is needed for the inside of this place is also so filthy I'm appalled it's open in the first place. The prices increased drastically but the quality of the food and service has diminished. Not only was my order incorrect, but it was burnt. Since when is Egg Foo Yung crispy and crunchy? I can burn eggs myself. After returning so my order can be corrected both the male and female refused to correct my order. Well, I gave them the food back by dumping it all on the floor. They can keep the money to clean up the burnt garbage that I paid for and couldn't eat. They're business is slow and lacking customers for a reason. Don't be like me. New China Kitchen is the only Chinese take- out we get! This is a family owned business and Jason and his wife are exceptionally kind with a top notch level of service you don’t get anywhere else. They have the BEST crab rangoons in town (the perfect thick flaky fried breading with generous filling), as well as the best wonton soup (their broth is magical, we quite literally drink it when we’re sick or hungover), and their orange chicken is the ONLY orange chicken our 10 year old will eat in the area. You are consistently greeted with a smile, food is prepared fast and is the best around. It truly makes our week to stop in and see them. They will remember you, ask about your children, and have become our friends. They’re huge Ravens fans as well and the men enjoy chatting about it when we stop in.
