First time ever there. I eat out a lot since I work out of town a bunch. I ordered the Ruben. The guy that took my order was great. Ready to seat me have a little chat then bring my food. Sorry to say things went downhill from there. My meal was all horrible except for the thousand island dressing and the sauerkraut. The bread was burnt burnt the fries were burnt, grease was old, there was no swiss cheese on a Reuben in fact it was no cheese. Then the woman waitress presuming the man's wife that waited on me came by and asked how my meal was and I explained it was burnt. She said sorry about that and walked away. I believe she's the boss of that family operated restaurant. Then nobody came to check again till I have my money out to pay the bill. She saw my plate was still rather full and just dumped it in the nearby trash. It bothered me enough that I looked up the name of the place on Google and called them. She answered the phone and I explained that it was the worst Ruben I have ever eaten in my life. I explained all the things wrong with my meal and she said sorry about that. .

No next time you come to town stop in we will give you a different meal nothing .so for that reason I write this review and recommend nobody go eat there if you're looking to have a good meal. I feel sorry...

I was truly disappointed. The waitress was nice taking our order, but when the food arrived my sandwich was totally wrong. I ordered a french dip with fries. The fries were so over cooked they were burnt, the meat was old and stale I asked for mushrooms and american cheese only on top and got peppers, swiss cheese and a couple of mushroom slices. When I brought it to the waitress’ attention she gave me a odd look and walked away no offer to make it right no apology, nothing. In fact she never came back to our table during the rest of our visit. When it came time to pay she made me wait for several minutes and other people started lining up to pay when she came over without saying a word grabbed my card out of my hands processed the payment. I always tip the wait staff but this time I couldn’t hear myself think bc people were talking around me and I over tipped her. The two lunch meal including two glasses of iced tea came to $28.20 not including the tip. I’m sorry I tipped her $7 for the lousy service and bad attitude. Way way too overpriced for a lunch. Needless to say I’ll NEVER go back. It’s sad, Apple Village (what it used to be called) was such a nice place for lunch and a piece of pie, it was so homey and the staff treated you like family. Well, those day are...

Was really excited to eat here but as we walked in a waitress abruptly stopped us and held up her hands like we were walking somewhere we weren’t supposed to be and in kind of a rude way said they were closed, which was really confusing and disappointing since their posted hours said they closed at 3pm and it was only 1:50pm and another customer had walked in and not been turned away less than 2 minutes before we walked in, and their open sign was still on. I understand having to close early but I suggest telling customers in a bit more of an apologetic and sympathetic tone when your closing an hour early and have just let someone else come in to be served. From the ratings this is a good place with good food but our experience was pretty lame so my review...

The food is Amazing ! The scrambled eggs are some of the best you will ever find. The bacon is crispy and delicious. And, the French toast is out of this world ! Service is Fantastic also. However, the Price is steep for what you get. Quiet a bit steep ! I dont mind paying $34.00 for two people but for that I would expect a little larger quantity. The quantity is quiet small. Other than that, I very highly recommend this restaurant. You'll find the food delicious and the restaurant is Super Clean with Spotless restrooms. You can easily tell they put effort into cleaning and I highly appreciate that.

Awesome Food. Awesome Service. Fairly priced and we'll worth the cost. We were looking for a place to eat after camping in the Beartooth Mountains for the past week. We passed up a place we had eaten the year before because of poor service, a ling wait, and food prices to high. I looked online for a place to eat. Bearstone Cafe had good reviews and fair prices. We were not disappointed. It was delicious. The owners waited tables and served customers with a smile. We look forward to adding this stop on to our annual camping trip.

Tons of parking outside. Easy to find/see from the road. Once inside, they have it decorated with a bear theme. Surprise!! Paintings, figurines, etc. You are greeted with a smile and a genuine "How are you today?" from the first person that sees you. Drinks are in front of you before you can take your coat off. I had biscuits and gravy, two scrambled eggs, hash browns, opted for the high-end smoked bacon and a side of sausage links. Everything was delicious. Great stop and will most certainly return when I'm in the area.
