The food is honestly embarrassing with how disappointing it was tonight.

Also, we had to go back through the drive thru and others we saw in line parked and went inside to have our order corrected. We were missing nearly half our order. The lady argued with us. Walked off in the middle of my husband speaking. Came back and we both explained to her our order and what was missing at MINIMUM 3 times and Im still laughing because she said in the most defeated toddler voice "I dont understanddddd".. I just wanna tell her "Its okay. It takes others longer to comprehend sometimes. But also if you didnt voice to my husband over the drive thru speaker "is that all?" Or give him his total after each item he ordered, took your time using active listening skills and not rushed to take the order maybe it would have gone smoother. Also, reading comprehension and mathematics are essential in life. When we ordered 4 chicken wraps and we are explaining numerous times that there are only 2 total in the bag and even taking everything out to show you, and opening the wraps to explain to you which one we are missing, those skills truly come in handy." It was my son's birthday. He wanted churches chicken. Before pandemic it was great chicken. But I have to.say the chicken tenders were tuff , chewy, the chicken breast were just ok. The beans were awful they were shredded water down.green beans terrible 😢 the only thing good was mash potatoes and honey biscuits . I really was disappointed. I wished I had ordered from applebees like I usually do, there food is great . But it was my son's birthday 🎂 and he wanted church's chicken. But his birthday turned out great because I had decorations in house , I did a birthday decorations Christmas tree . Today I ordered a ten piece meal and asked for an added side order. Once I made it around to the window (which took about 25 min), I proceeded to pay for my meal. After paying, I was asked what my order was... I then waited at the window for another 5 minutes, and I was asked to move up and wait for another 25 minutes. I received ten pieces of chicken and my sides, but realized I didn’t receive the “ten piece meal” that comes with a side and biscuits. I paid for ten pieces of chicken and two separate sides. No biscuits.
