Stopped for lunch with a friend. It was more than15 minutes after we sat down before a server came to take our order. We were about to get up and leave when he came by, we probably should have just left. We only ordered water to drink and he was going to go get the water and come back. We said we are ready to order now and he seemed a little put off by this. Since breakfast is served all day I ordered a skillet with a pancake and my friend ordered pancakes. The food arrived in a timely manner but was lukewarm. Either the pancake batter was old or the pancakes were pre-made because they were actually tough and very dense. My skillet was only slightly better. All of the food was bland and tasteless. We were disappointed in both the service and food quality. We had to ask for the check after waiting about 10 minutes. And no, it was not busy in the restaurant. Whenever I see a family style restaurant with a huge multipage menu I am nervous to order. There is no way they can cook all the items well and it usually means nothing is prepared fresh. I would give a one star rating but I actually ate my food. My friend, however did not.

We stopped by on Saturday morning for breakfast..two gyro skillets, a coffee, and a Mt. Dew was just over $30. Not including our tip which put us over 40..these trips are getting expensive for what you get..with that being said..we stacked our dirty dishes at the end of the table...I had my plate directly in front of me...we got our ticket and now at least within the last year they want you to scan a barcode reader and put in your credit card information to pay..I was doing this at the time..totally distracted and I did not see him take my plate..my husband says weren't you getting a To-go box? My plan was to take most of my food that I had left to work..because I was scheduled for a 12 hour shift..I barely ate my breakfast..This made me pretty pissed off...because not only did I not see him take it..he should have asked me if he could take it, because it was in front of me and not at the end of the table..my husband offered to buy me a sub, but you cannot get a foot long for under $12 now a days and there was NO way I wanted to spend nearly $60 on two meals...when I should have just went to the grocery store..Life is getting...

Ordered their special which was supposed to be a bacon cheeseburger deluxe with cheese curds for $9.99. my wife ordered the same thing. We got bacon cheeseburgers nothing blocks. Took forever for the waitress to come back I was so hungry I had my burger half gone before she came back. Took the wife's back did make her a new burger gave her cheese curds on top of it. Bowl of chili was like right out of the refrigerator totally cold. Threw it in the microwave and warmed it up. Took 20 minutes just to get the waitress to come take our order. Everybody that came in after us was pretty much almost done eating already before we even got our food. Absolute worst waitress I've ever had in my life. Piece of advice go to McDonald's or Culver's way better food way better service believe that or not. And no compensation on any part of the meal. Getting one star because zero apparently is...
