Do. Not. Come here. Unless you want to be given dirty looks for asking for ranch & also telling the workers that your chili was cold. I came here with my boyfriends family & my family for dinner. My boyfriend ordered the chili, it tasted like it came straight out of the fridge. Not warm a single bit. My boyfriends cousin went to tell the workers there so they gave him a different one, that one was no different. We went again & finally it was warm, but my boyfriend was not even in the mood for it at that point. My sister & I were given dirty looks for asking for ranch for our food. My sister ordered the Mushroom & Swiss burger, the cheese was not melted but that’s not the point. None of our food tasted fresh at all. I am also very disappointed at the fact that I overheard a worker talking about my boyfriend saying he only wanted a free meal & that the chili was not even cold, some of the other people we were with tasted his chili as well & said the same. We hate complaining about things but the fact that the chili was freezing cold we just had to say something. I swear that 99% of the time, Big Mike is always there and working. He has been a very good reason why we are going to give 5⭐'s as a rating for this location. The moment I hear his customer service voice I know my order is going to be exactly what I ordered and at one time he was working the window, I made a mistake in my order and he recognized my voice and used the best customer service to call me by my name and corrected me by asking if I was sure as to asking me if my order was correct and remembered our previously ordered meals. I stood corrected and made a mistake. These are the most important important people in the fast make it fresh industry. Big Mike is one of best employees in this location hands down! I Praise God for men like Big Mike who take pride in their work and deliver what their employers want for customer service. I put in an order 15 minutes in advance of my arrival. When I arrived 5 minutes before my scheduled pick up time, I clicked I’m here. I waited 15 minutes in my car and still didn’t have my order. I went inside to check on it. The girl took my name and when she asked if they had my order, another worker said “probably not”. She checked the system and said it was “still coming through the pipe” and I had to keep waiting. She had no idea when it would be ready. Everyone in the drive thru got their food faster than I did. There was even some people who went inside, sat down and ate their food and left before I got my food. I went inside after 30 minutes and asked for a refund. The older gentleman at the cash register was nice, but didn’t know what to do. Another lady said they “didn’t have the power to give refunds from the website”. They just told me they were really busy. I know for a fact the people in the drive thru got through faster because I saw those cars drive away.
