Dash Café — Restaurant in Columbus

It’s hard for me to leave a bad review for a place that I normally enjoy eating at, but my experience with today’s service was just not acceptable. I had ordered 2 subs for my wife and myself, and it was a bit busier than normal at the restaurant today which is fine. I ended up watching about 10-15 people that ordered after me get their food before myself, and ended up waiting over 30 minutes to then be given the wrong order. After 40 minutes I finally had my correct order. Normally I wouldn’t make a big deal out this with how busy it was, but they didn’t even attempt to make my order until I had asked about my order after waiting 20 minutes for it. 👎👎👎 Terrible food. How can anyone go wrong by doing deep fry? Well! These so called cooks were cooking fresh fries and gave me the cold ones, anyway. The hot dog looked and taste like it had been sitting there since 11 this morning and I ordered my food at 4 pm. They gave me the bottom of the fries that had the little crunchy pieces that are at the bottom of the pan. I beg you to please do not waste your money in there. We ate at dash Cafe Saturday afternoon and the food was terrible!!!!! I though my grilled cheese away so greasy and tasted like like chicken. Cross contaminated. My husband got a chicken sandwich and didn't it it .we have worked in restaurants for 55 years. And know about food contaminated. The cook was laying on the counter. The grill didn't look clean. I will never eat there again....
