We bought a 2009 Saturn VUE with Michelle who supposedly reduced it from $3,300 to $3,100(before taxes, plates, fee etc. Finally we pay more than $3,600.00) because it had a problem with the bearings. This woman is the most dishonest thing there can be. In my opinion we feel scammed because we understand that a used car can fail but it is the first time. thatI buy a car that fails after 5 miles of driving it.

When I told a person there about the terrible vehicle they had sold us, his only response was they are used cars or the only thing that interests you there is that you got your money. I bought a car from here june 4th. MATT instructed me to take the car for an oil change and tune up. After I got my oil change my mechanic told me the control arm is broken and unsafe to drive. Today I spoke to Matt who informed me that this company buys 60 cars a week and dont look over all of them. So he had no previous knowledge of this. I then told him this was an issue before I took this car off the lot, with my children inside. I should not have to pay for parts or labor. Hes told me I have to pay for parts and there's 22 cars ahead of me if I go through their shop. He also tried to outsource me to another mechanic. I told him I'm not paying for parts and I'm not paying for labor. This isn't my problem to solve. The control arm is broke completely, its held in by the brake line. No wonder I can feel it on the break petal. The car shakes everytime I go to stop. Do not go here. Do not buy a car here. If they aren't taking the time to look at them before they sell them. Your gonna end up with a death trap like I did. Like others I am also gonna be out at least a couple thousand at least between the car, the repairs, not to mention the stress and lost wages at work to go hand in hand with an issue that shouldn't have happened in the first place. So i went there to purchase the 2012 acadia grey in color put 700 dollars down... Drove it of the lot the same day, didnt even make it home when the motor blew up in it.... They sent it to the shop i got it back a little over a week later and the same night i got it back the check e gi e light come back on so i called they told me to bring it back up there and they would send it back to the shop.... All this time they did give me a loaner car to drive until mine was fixed....so they called me and told me because the owner spent 2500 on another motor for it said he wasnt putting anymore money in to it so then they offered to give me my down payment back which i took.... But i gave them.a rating of two because they made sure i had something to drive while they attempted to fix mine and when the owner refused to fix it they did give my money that i put for a down payment, so that is why i give them a 2 star rating other then that i wouldnt recommend this car lot to anyone but thats just me... And then i lost my job cause i had to call off two days within a week because of this acadia and now they refuse to get me into another car, and the owner hides behind jan and the lady that works in there.... The owner doesnt have the balls to contact him hisself and when they refunded me my money they didnt refund it all so now im waiting on the rest of...
