I am sorry to have to write a negative review, especially when I've been ordering from the Oakland Park location for many years. However for the past year or more, the service has been extremely sub par. Perhaps some of that is due to the automated ordering since you don't speak with the location preparing and delivering the food, but I've had bad results even on the rare occasions I do speak to the location on Oakland Park.
For example, last night I ordered a large pepperoni pizza, two salads, bread sticks and cookies. The automated service put me thru to an actual person probably because I didn't want cranberries on my salad. The woman didn't work at Oakland Park. She took my order. I confirmed with her three separate times regarding the cranberries and she assured me she understood and that she put that on the order to the store. I asked for plates, napkins and utensils for the meal and she assured me that was part of the order. Then she asked if I wanted extra cheese on the pepperoni pizza and I said that would be fine.
When the order arrived, I noticed there were no plates, etc, and I asked the driver if he had those. He was very friendly but he didn't speak English so he couldn't tell me. He just kept holding his phone up to me until I figured out he wanted me to speak into the phone so he could translate what I was saying, which I did. He then was able to speak back into the phone and hold it up to me so I could read that the store didn't give him any plates, etc. So I let that go and used my own plates.
When I got inside and opened the pizza box, what very little pepperoni there was (you could barely see any) was underneath the cheese so it looked and tasted like a cheese pizza when I ordered and paid for pepperoni. I've had extra cheese on pepperoni pizzas before and the cheese was always underneath the pepperoni and the pepperoni was plentiful. I let that go as well.
When I opened my salad, it was full of cranberries. Way too many to pick out especially when I was assured three times that there would be no cranberries.
I called Donatos and actually was put thru to the Oakland Park venue. I explained what happened and a very nice and understanding woman said they would bring the correct salad in 15 minutes. I also had a credit on my account for an Italian sub so she said they would send that along as well. I asked for a plain sub with only salami, cheese and dressing. Due to past experiences with Donatos, I confirmed that several times along with my address, which they had just delivered to.
They delivered the replacement food to the wrong house. Luckily it was my mom's house, but she had to drive the food over to me. The sub had everything on it instead of the way I ordered it. Plus the reason I had the credit was because the last time I ordered for a game party, I also requested my sub the same way. That time the sub arrived with only a burned sub bun and two small pieces of cold salami. No cheese and no dressing plus whomever delivered the large order including pizzas, subs and cookies, threw it on the front porch and left without knocking or ringing the door bell. We only knew it was delivered because I got a text saying so. We thought the text was a mistake and were shocked to find our food laying on the porch.
I've placed several very large and expensive orders for family gatherings in the past. I no longer feel confident we'll get what we ordered and I no longer want to go thru the hassle of constantly calling back when the orders are incorrect and STILL receiving incorrect replacement orders while paying a lot of money for the privilege and keeping guests waiting for the right food to arrive. It's super frustrating.
I hope you can work with your staff to provide at least average customer service. It may be too late for me to continue as a customer, but could help keep and attract others.

I requested that the driver also bring plates, cups, napkins, cheese packets, and red pepper packets because I and my fiance were on a job site working. The ordering process went ok. I was informed it would be about an hour for our order to arrive. Thirty minutes into waiting, I called to see if our order had been taken out to be delivered yet. I remembered I wanted ranch dressing for my pizza. The rep at that time said yes and should be there any minute. So, I didn't ask for the dressing. Over thirty minutes later from checking to where our food was, I was then told by a manager that at that time the driver had in fact truly just left. So by LYING to me the first time I called, I missed a chance to add a basic already prepackaged item to my order. I did verbally confront the manager about being LIED TO when it wasn't necessary. The manager offered no apology or compensations for the dishonesty and inconvenience that involved a LYE from an employee of DONATOS PIZZA. About five minutes later the driver arrives. He was polite and trying to hurry. He apologetically stated he accidentally gave our pizza to the wrong customer who ate it. My fiance gave the man $25. Our order was $24 and change. The driver did not have money to make change that was owed back to us. He also didn't bring the additional items I had originally requested which were cups, plates, napkins, cheese and pepper packets. To make things worse, when we opened the pizza box, the pizza was not cooked thoroughly. It was an unfit smashed ball of dough, toppings, and sauce mess slopped in the box. I got a call hours later by the staff informing me that they do not deliver to my location after 5pm. The gentleman said that he wasn't able to make the changes for the next day by 11am so he said he would cancelled it and I will have to place my order the next day. On 01/09/2019 after getting off my overnight 12 shift job, i placed a order for $28 which i received great which i paid. Couple days later I check my bank account assuming that the money from the cancelled order was there. I called and ask to speak to a manager, this time was a female. Instead of transferring me she ask how can she help. The point is she said the reimbursement might take 5 business days. On 01/20/2019 i spoke with the manager micheal. He said in order to get reimbursed i will have to call corporate. He never apologized or sounded that he cared. I asked him to look up my order, he did and then told him i want the same order. He said ok. Once again he never apologized. The delivery guy said that i had to pay for it. I asume that i wouldn't had to pay for that order. I called back and spoke to micheal.
