Hardee’s — Restaurant in Columbus

No one had a clue what they were doing. Told me there were menu items available that didn’t even exist. Watched them mess up the three. Yes three orders in a row right in front of me. Asked to verify order when they brought it up and the said all the correct items. I even checked bags after they went through them all. Everything look good, but let me tell you when you are dealing with the level of incompetence they employ here, looks can be deceiving. They had all my sandwiches labeled correctly and the correct amount and sizes of fried. However. Once I drove 15 miles back to my house where my “starving” kids and wife were patiently waiting and actually unwrapped or opened our meals. None. Not one. Not one single sandwich was labeled correctly. Every single sandwich we ordered was wrong. Get your shit together Hardees. This location has been open for a few years now. I have never once had a good much less great experience there. Never. If I could rate you lower than one star I would. Do better Hardees. Do better. For what you charge I could damn near have sit down meal. So do better and at least get my sandwiches right and don’t try to hide it with the correct label. Disappointed is an understatement and I will NEVER eat at this location for sure but maybe any Hardees ever...

It's been hit or miss with this place, but this last time was the worst. I had worked at a different place with one of the managers there, and the times I had good experiences it was with him running the shift. I went in on a Friday night, yesterday, and service was slow. I asked who was managing, and a husky bald man said he was, and his name was Chris. I asked about the guy I had worked with before. He proceeded to tell me that he "fired him", and then talked bad about him for 5 minutes. Saying he was lazy, unreliable, ect. Now, putting aside how unprofessional even Saying these things to some random customer is, I am positive they were lies. The guy in question was dedicated, hard working, and the most reliable co-worker I had ever had. And I had come to this Hardee's on his shift before and gotten my food fast and fresh, with great service. None of which I got on this "chis's" shift. I will be telling my former co-worker about what this manager said, and if it hurts him getting another job, I will testify on his behalf if he sues, as he has every...

My husband and I stopped here today because we wanted lunch and we wanted to check out the new location! Spent $20 on 2 number 11s ( crispy chicken sandwich) and the chicken was over cooked and looked like they were chicken tenders (one on each) and the mayo was all over the place and they only had 1 pickle on it. The staff were cursing behind the counter and when I asked why the chicken was so small they said just because! And rolled their eyes and never offered to remake the sandwiches. So I then requested a refund because my husband and I were not going to eat food that looked like burnt and was half the size of the bun. They huffed and growled. Eventually they did give me a refund. On top of all that half the sodas were out, no lids for sodas and they got upset when you asked for a lid or ketchup. The Dr. Pepper tasted like it was diet, the sweet tea was HOT (melted all my ice I had a full cup of ice) one of the staff bumped into my husband and did not say sorry or excuse me, their trash was over full and falling on the floor.
