Caribou Coffee — Restaurant in Columbus

I ordered a large hot crafted press with chocolate and a large hot crafted press with pumpkin. Received our drinks and thought something felt odd - they were pretty light. I get caribou a lot so I know what a large crafted press feels like. After getting on the highway picked it up again really light. So my wife pulled the cover off hers (she hadn’t had any yet) and hers was between 2/3 and 3/4 full, if that. She opened mine - same thing. We then figured out that mine had the chocolate in it, but there was no pumpkin in hers. Now, I’ve had an underfilled drink from the Forest Lake cabin before - I wrote it off to a one time screw up. No biggie. Now, after 3, 2 in the same order underfilled the exact same amount, I have to believe this is on purpose. The Caribous I normally go to do not do this. Caribou has jacked their prices through the roof and now this store decides to increase margins even more. If you’re in Forest Lake - avoid the cabin on 97 like the plague - go to Hugo, Lino Lakes or North Branch. You won’t get screwed over at...

This Caribou Coffee might be pint-sized, but it packs a mighty punch of coziness and charm. The drive-through and walk-up window setup feels like something straight out of a Hallmark movie — minus the snow and improbable plot twists.

Despite its small footprint, this place knows how to deliver big-time on flavor and friendliness. It’s perfect for those on-the-go caffeine missions or spontaneous stroll-up coffee cravings. The whole vibe is “adorable little cabin that serves happiness by the cup.”

My go-to? The Carmel High Rise — hot, iced, or blended, it’s the caramel-kissed delight that fuels all my best decisions (and a few questionable ones, too). Smooth espresso, silky caramel, and just the right amount of joy in every sip.

Over a year ago this location was amazing. Now it has totally gone down hill. Today is the 4th time in like 6 months that I've gone to this location cause it's close to home. I order the same drink everytime and when I ask for an extra shotnof espresso I get a cup full off chocolate and it's absolutely disgusting. Idk why when it's busy they can't make what a customer orders!! Seriously you can't just make whatever u want and give to the customer. Soo whoever is the person who makes the drinks either needs more training or just needs to work in a different section.
