My family and I have absolutely loved this place the last 2 years that we’ve been here in Fort Mitchell. The customer service used to be amazing and the staff was very friendly, but my last 2 visits the new young girl there with dark hair has been very rude! Her tone is terrible and she does not know how to speak to people. I am VERY big on respect and customer service and it’s saddening that a place that I enjoyed frequently has been tainted for me because of her attitude. The ice cream here has been great for many years. We go there not because it’s close and convenient, living away from most things in Fort Mitchell, but because the ice cream really is that good. They just open a separate business next door that shares the name and it’s kind of “eh”. My wife and I got burgers. The smash burger was ok. The Bun was too thick. The All the Way Burger was good. I got regular French fries and my wife got the chili cheese fries and both of them were way WAAAY too salty. So salty we just threw them away. Yuck. Four stars because the ice cream is world class.
