Unable to order on the app, I called in a specialty order after 11pm. I didn't know I was speaking to a central answering service first of all. 2ndly he took my order for pickup. Not only did this location give me the wrong pizza (because they don't do specialty orders after 11pm) they all didn't remake the order or refund me the $15 difference. The reasoning being "the new manager doesn't know how to refund". When I showed up as they asked me to in person (b/c they don't refund over the phone either) the doors were locked both days.
I understand not taking specialty orders after 11pm. I understand being new and not knowing how to refund. I also understand being short-staffed. What is not okay here and what I don't get is why they wouldn't keep their word on the remake. What's rude and completely unacceptable is calling twice and not evening greeting us on the phone. The received the call let it ring for more than 5 mins both times and hung it up immediately without even saying hello. This location is the worst.
Having limited time as a parent, making repairs/renovations on our home and having little time to even eat just to go through something so ridiculous is unprofessional, and actual thievery if you ask me.
Next time I'll drive a few minutes farther to another location.
I even told the lady at the window it wouldn't have been a problem to not get the specialty pizza, just let me know at the window and charge me for the hot and ready that they gave me. I wasn't upset, didn't get rude. Like I said before I understand the situation but to be completely dismissive and not fix the problem is theft of my money...
Read moreI came through the drive-thru to pick up an item that I ordered online and unfortunately I'm in a situation where I don't have an oven or microwave so it's important in my pizza is hot. I honestly wouldn't even be ordering if I had those things and I've come to your location many times before and I got a nice fresh hot pizza where the cheese extends and unfortunately this time that didn't happen and it's this first time that I left the tip which I find is a weird frequent occurrence. You start tipping and all of a sudden the quality of service or food goes down. However, for those of us who don't have ovens at home or microwaves and those of us who may be experiencing a hard time, could you make sure the pizzas are hot? I'll literally got there on time. If you need it more time I would have waited and I'm just so tired from working that I don't want to go back. I'm just going to eat either this cold or half eaten and it wasn't cold. It's just it's not hot like it fresh and hot. You know it's good but it's just not fresh and hot and I would appreciate it. A fresh hot pizza considering there is meat on the pizza and make has to be cooked thoroughly. So I'm not sure if it's just not fresh and hot or if it's under cooked. You know what I mean. Most likely it's just not fresh or not. However, I do think you all for your service. At least you're open. That's a great achievement in today's economy. I pull in theres only one car at the box. Three employee on the side of the building smoking while all three staring at me as I pull in no loud music no anything crazy driving, so super confused on the three dirty looks. Even my own daughter said ohhh wow from the looks. Last time I was there and I waited 10-15 minutes at the order box, even though I was just picking up my food that was supposed to be ready and was paid for; the same girl at the window told me I wouldn’t need to wait at the box if I’m picking up when I’m picking up at the time the site said my order was ready. So of course this time I pulled around to the window that’s actually what the site says to do anyhow? and then she proceeded to tell me I need to tell her I’m picking up at the order box even though it makes no difference of me speaking inside of a box and or at a window telling you that I’m picking up at the time the site provided me with pick up time. Saying That changed nothing for nobody’s life. as well you give me a crazy look for pulling up to a window to pick up my food that was already ready that’s was already paid for and nobody else was there!
