This is a real hole-in-the-wall kind of place, catering to the Hispanic community. Not much English is spoken here, but the food speaks for itself. Having spent years in Texas and Southern California, I'm a pretty good judge of authentic Mexican cuisine. This is pretty good. I seriously felt that I could have been in a small mom and pop place in old Tijuana (in the 70's.)
Most people will find their salsa excellent. It's much better than I have found in larger restaurants. The tacos (not American style) were pretty good, but the meat was bland. My wife had fajitas, and they were excellent. Water is via a bottle, and we were the only people eating inside. Outside has a couple of tables, mostly for take-out order waiting.
