I recently placed an order for a Baja rotisserie and a steak sandwich, requesting extra toppings for both items, for which I paid in full. As I work the third shift and have just completed my studies, I was looking forward to enjoying this meal. My prior experience with the establishment on Route 46 was exceptional; however, my experience today was disappointing. Instead of the expected sandwiches, I received vegetarian options.
Upon contacting the manager regarding this issue, I was informed that I would need to return the incorrect sandwiches. Unfortunately, as I reside out of town and work during late hours, this is not feasible. I remained courteous during the conversation; however, I found the manager's tone to be unhelpful. I indicated that I would consider leaving a negative review and contacting corporate, which I now feel compelled to do.
It is disheartening to observe how some larger chains may disregard customer concerns. I took care to express my appreciation by leaving a positive note on the receipt and providing a tip both online and in-person. I believe that mutual respect is essential in customer service interactions, and I encourage the manager to enhance her approach when dealing with polite customers. While I could have chosen to respond with frustration, I opted for a more constructive dialogue.

Read moreWent through the drive through, 1 car getting its order as I pulled in, 1 at the order box, about 4 minutes later the car that has been getting its order finally pulls away and then tell the car ahead of me that it will be a 20 minute wait before they can assist them, i hear some colorful words come from the car and then they sped off, I pull up and they add 15 minutes onto what they just told the car ahead of me, there was no cars in the lot amd no other customers in the store (unless they all went to the bathroom at the same time) i chose to wait.... 30 minutes later someone finally takes my order but does not tell me my total before i get to the window... i wait another 5 minutes before my food is handed out to me, I had to remind the person to hand back my card (I will now be keeping a close eye on my account for a while)... when i finally get to where I was going to eat, i tried the Sprite (surprisingly NOT flat) but my sandwich (a simple Ham, Cheese and Mayo) smelled STRONGLY of tuna and is sloppily thrown together...
