Pizzano's — Restaurant in Columbus

EDIT: My co worker and I ordered from them again last Friday, when she identified who she was she then handed the phone to me because the Manager had asked if I was there and if they could speak to me. He stated he seen my post and apologized for my unsatisfactory experience and stated he wanted to make it right, offering me a free meat lover's Stromboli with EXTRA MEAT on it which I will be using this Friday. He also added a free cheesy garlic bread (that was delicious) along with the pizza my coworker ordered that day. We were both blown away and super appreciative with this companys customer service and them being genuinely interested in our satisfaction. They just guaranteed we will be return customers! Also the pizza we ordered was meat lover's and pineapple with ham, both were pretty good.

Ive eaten here twice now, Me and my coworker got the king gyro the first time, it was pretty good. Loaded with meat that was okay tasting and a ranch sauce that was also just okay but it was filling and did taste good. This time we ordered large Italian strombolis, we were pleasantly surprised with how big it was for 13.99 , it was cooked well, nice melty cheese pull. The only issue me and my co worker had was that its greatly lacking in meat. The picture shows a stromboli bursting with meat in it but as pictured below, it seems as if only one layer was laid down and its mostly just bread and cheese. It tasted okay but the actual product should resemble the picture in your ad, otherwise that's false advertising. Delivery was quick both times and food...

I don’t know where to start. For starters awesome job! I ordered 2 House pizzas with black olive added. Saying my family is picky is an understatement. My family only eats cheese pizza because no one can ever make the toppings right. They are usually over done or not done enough. The toppings were perfect and had lots of flavor and were edible to where my small children actually enjoyed the vegetables. Big plus having Halal meat. We were actually able to eat sausage and pepperoni without it having to be turkey for once. The pizza was really fresh when it arrived. Another bonus is I refrigerated a piece and microwaved. It tasted it even better. Never in my life have I had pizza turn out like that before. Like it was still cheesy and the crust was still soft and not hard. My husband is talking about ordering it again tonight because he was pleased with the taste and the options.This will be our new pizza place. After checking into the Marriott (near the airport) we found the nearest pizza delivery place on google. We were given a 40 minute time frame (which gave me time to jump in the shower, after traveling all day from CT). When the pizza arrived, it was hot, and the most delicious pizza I have ever eaten. (I hope my son isn't reading this, as he thinks the pizza in CT is the best). I want to know when you plan to put a Pizzano's in Manhattan KS. As much as I LOVE your pizza, 14 hours is just a bit too far. This was definitely a great experience for us, unlike the highly disappointing experience we had at the hotel. If I am ever in Columbus OH again, I will definitely get another Pizzano's pizza, but will completely avoid the Marriott. I have had better hotel experiences staying...
