I would give zero stars if I could. I’ve never had worse customer service at a Wendy’s in my life. When I went up to the first window to pay the cashier did not repeat our order back to us I just gave him my card but did not give a receipt. When I pulled up the second window the young boy literally had to ask what our order was and the other woman looked like she was on crack and asked us the only two drinks we had multiple times. We ordered a large Fanta with ice and a large peach Fanta with no ice but that was too confusing for the woman and asked multiple times to get some ranch but that was so hard to. When my friend had received her fries and ranch the fries taste very stale and chewy and the ranch tasted like it had been sitting out in the sun for hours. It was very sour and tasted spoiled. They also didn’t give us straws so we had to go to McDonald’s to get straws. After I left the drive through I tried calling customer service to leave a review and complain but they don’t offer service on the weekends. Another thing the first Wendy’s I went to the inside was closed so I had to go all the way to another Wendy’s which was not too far. Read moreI have been going to this particular location for over 10 years now. And being a regular customer (3-4 times a week), I notice when things change. Of course the staff changes constantly - to be expected. However the service and food quality has declined drastically in the past year or so. Again, I have been visiting this location steadily for a very long time and understand that it's just like any other establishment and will have a bad day or whatever. But never has it been so inconsistent at any stretch of time like it has in the past year. And after this past sunday, I finally had to comment. My order was simple: 2 monterey crispy chickens - add pickle; 2 jr. cheeseburgers - no onion; large chili; caesar side salad w/ranch; 2 small diet cokes - 1 no ice. What did I get? no pickles on the chicken, ice in both drinks, and no salad at all. And of course its half my fault because I didn't check the bags before driving away. 99 out of 100 times I check the bag. Anyway, considering how many errors have been made recently, as well as cold fries, or a wrong drink, I finally felt inclined to write this. I hope the other Wendys don't follow suit because its my favorite...

There was a young woman sitting on the counter on her phone in the driver through window view. She was talking to the person serving food out of the window. Very unprofessional. How are you turning the menu around early because you are short staffed, but there is a employee sitting on the counter on their phone doing nothing work related?
If they are not on shift they shouldn’t be in the drive through window on their phone they should be in their vehicle or the lobby or break room.
The attitude of the woman on the phone was very obnoxious and she handed the phone to her manager without saying please hold as I was speaking to her. They have a nasty attitude at this restaurant like they don’t even want to be there. If I owned this store I would replace everyone because the GM WAS THERE DURING ALL OF THIS!
