Management: please train your employees to simply be better representatives; they’re serving the public. While 99% of the time the service is good, Sunday 10/30/22 around 1:00 pm was the last.
A man with very dirty hands and hair that needed to be washed acted as if he had better things to do. He burned MY HAND with coffee. Stained my new car including the inside of my window. He smirked and asked RUDELY, “well do you want it or not?” Meaning the coffee…I was so shocked by being burned I couldn’t drive away until the stinging stopped. I had to clean the mess at the window with my OWN towel. Napkins or nice not offered by this upstanding McDonald’s worker.
I have had other poor experiences at this particular location, but overlooked or tossed the food away. Only once did I request a refund because the food was truly awful and I didn’t eat it. The manager credited me immediately. Speaking of the manager, I called her to inform her of this incident, she offered me a free meal that I declined. After declining the meal, she became quite abrupt and started saying:. "bye...bye..bye..." I said THIS IS A TRAINING ISSUE & REFLECTS ON YOU! She ended the call with another "bye" in a very dismissive tone.

Read moreI actually love this McDonalds. The employees are hard workers and the food is always good. The reason that I give it to stars is because of the management. On several Occasions I have witnessed managers down talking, berating and raising their voices towards the employees. Today I came in For dinner and a male manager was just terrible to the employees. He was raising his voice and at one point said “ ok let me talk as dumb to as i can so that you can understand.” To a female employee. That is never okay to behave that way to an employee or any staff member and the fact that he did it in front of the whole dining room made it more inappropriate and ruined the customer experience for many of us. At one point another customer went up and told them to stop because the dining room didn’t need to hear all of that nonsense. It’s not even the employees that are the problem here. It’s the managers. I’ve heard other managers mistreat the employees as well. If communication breaks down to the point that you are talking to your staff so disrespectfully then the problem isn’t your staff. It's one thing to never get what you order but to deliberately tamper with someone's food in a harmful way as a business is another.
Absolutely disgusting and will go out of my way to avoid and recommend else ware.
Also I do have to thank corporate who's been very supportive and understanding in this with this specific location and are hoping to rectify it in the best manner as the management at this location denies and doesnt care when brought tampered items... what this location is allowing and doing is illegal.
Hope others feel safe to eat at this location as with how often and much my food has been tampered with I feel threatened and very unsafe to eat...
