There are too many issues to discuss, but I’ll just highlight a few of them. First, this place is a disaster. The floors in the back look disgusting and haven’t been cleaned in forever. Second, I waited well over an hour for four sliders, fries, and onion rings. Third, when I asked the cashier what's taking so long, she approached the manager, who then yelled at her and said that asking isn’t going to make the tickets go any faster. My contention is with this store's operations. Lastly, I received a refund for my meal, and the cashier did what she could. More importantly, I don’t appreciate the manager yelling at an employee to ensure customer satisfaction.This place needs some serious help. There was one employee who looked completely disheveled, adding to the concerns of cleanliness. I won’t be returning to this place. Also, the sliders are meh at best.
P.S I don’t want anything for free, but a correction to the disservice to the customers...

We arrived shortly after noon. Very busy. Our onion rings were overcooked, but they brought us out perfectly cooked ones after we gave them our feedback, which they asked for. My cod slider was mostly bun—fish was half the size of bun. Ordered cheese curds, but they were out of stock. My husband ordered a chocolate shake, but it wasn’t brought out to him. Hadn’t noticed it didn’t ring up on our receipt (were told they are working out bugs with new computer system??). They gave my husband a complimentary shake for their computer error. My husband raved about his chicken fingers.

The day of the pickup, I called to make sure they will have my order ready ON TIME. They confirmed that it will be ready for pick up. Once I got there 10 minutes early and they said, "give us 5-10minutes and it will be ready." I waited since I got there early. 15 minutes later, I ask to see how much longer, and the lady went to the back to ask and said "5-10 more minutes." I waited another 20 minutes before I had to go back up and ask again. They tried to give me a 20% discount on my NEXT order. I was furious as I just spent $500, called to be sure it will be ready on time, and was now late. The manager couldn't even come speak to me when I requested to.
