Seems my old review was removed or something changed when sonic HQ took over.
This is possibly the worst Sonic. They're incredibly slow and somehow still mess up the order time and time again. It's truly my own fault for going here every few months to see if they've improved. Ordered and paid for 2 breakfast burritos today and only received one. A few months ago it took literally 15 minutes in the drive thru lane after I ordered before I just gave up and left. Even if you get all your food at this location they will find a way to mess it up, whether that's including toppings you asked to exclude, or forgetting chili on your chili tots. Last summer I ordered a strawberry shake and they gave me just plain ice cream. They never have the promo items at this location, such as fried pickles, even though they have the signs up.
I suppose now is the time I drive to another franchise or just stop going all together. At this point I only go every few months, so probably not something I need in my life.
And before HQ comments, no I'm not talking to the franchise direcky. If they cared this location would have been fixed years ago, talk to them yourselves to save your brand image. Do a surprise shop here 10 times and see how many times your order is quick...

And that isn't even the worst part. After 15min of waiting in line behind 1 car.. when we got to the window the girl asked for our sandwich order. My husband was confused because she asked us for our order for the second time. She took 10min taking our card(which was a little concerning) and didn't hand us our food or drinks. After 20min of waiting, she hands us our (now cold) food.. she asked him if we "got any drinks". He said no. So we waited. She handed us a drink that was clearly not ours and then I proceeded to tell her our drink order.. she proceeded to tell my husband that she had asked him "if he had any drinks" and he said "no" thinking she asked him if he got his drinks. this started to get me irritated.. because wouldn't it say on our order and our receipt. She finally handed us our drinks after 10mins of waiting. I'm really disappointed that this Sonic had such horrible customer service experience. I've never written a bad review and this place deserves one. Please (and I'm sorry to say this) management train...

20 minutes later still no ice cream, no worries just thought I would stop for some ice cream on the way home. So I pushed the red button, the employee couldnāt figure out what I was describing. I ordered in the app, checked in, and never got any ice cream.
Someone came out to my car, told me to cancel the order and they would make it, which is great except the employee couldnāt comprehend there is no ācancelā button in the app. The order has been placed, even showed up on my credit card account faster than I even had the ice cream in hand. Ha! I canāt cancel and get my money back at this point.
The employee offered to write down my name on a sticky note to make it, and I quote, ābetter laterā. What does that even mean?!
Finally the employee comes out with some ice cream! Only to bring out cookie dough. Not what I ordered.
